Sorry, this one just doesn't do a thing for me. Lived that story in real life for nearly 15 years. Narcissus was played by my ex-. If it was the Golden Age of the Greeks it would have been named after her, not him. Regardless, it definitely belonged in the horror genre.

The Haunted House, Chapter 5 sounds a lot like that, but with the woman being fucked by her reflection after admiring herself in the mirror (the whole series is basically the woman being trapped in a haunted house, with different demons and spirits taking turns with her each night at midnight)

I can understand how the concept would deliver great stories. I think it's hot watching a man jerk off. Not frantically, but in a "look how hot this is" kinda way. I can also understand how it would be hot for himself to watch. Why not? You don't even have to be narcistic about it...

This is very true, and if one is used to masturbating in the usual way, it can be a really interesting and arousing experiment to watch oneself in the mirror, or even on a webcam or camera to record and watch later. Here's an idea. I think it might be cribbed from Heinlein, but here goes:

Our Hero, a young man, comes across some photos of his mother when she was young, before he was born, and becomes infatuated with them, with the wild girl his mother once was.

It just so happens that his friend has invented a time machine. So Our Hero goes back to meet her. Turns out the feeling is mutual and they have a torrid affair.

Not sure how to resolve his lingering obsession with his mother, he takes the time machine on a trip far into the future to get away from it all and think awhile.

In the distant future, he discovers humanity's incredible ingenuity, including the perfection of sex change surgery: medical science has progressed to the point where you can have your gender fully functionally reassigned. On a whim, he asks to see a similation of what he would look like as a woman...

...and he's the spitting image of his mother.

Everything clicks. He has the surgery, goes back in time, meets his earlier time-travelling self, pretends to be his mother, has the predestined torrid affair, becomes pregnant, and gives birth...

...to himself.
