How do you get the "Enter a Name" function to work. I thought I'd got it figured out, but I was wrong.

Be precise
Its not to hard you just have to do it exactly the right way. If anything is the slightest different, or out of place it will not work.
{FIRST_NAME} or {LAST_NAME}
All caps, exactly as it appears, every bracket, every underline.
Of course you also have to have that option turned on in the story you are writing for.
Once you get it, it will be easy.
