I'm actually considering changing my name. The one I normally use was already taken before I arrived. The trouble is, the name I want to change to is already taken as well. So perhaps I could use a variation of it.

I am sorry for any confusion, and to be totally honest I tried to simply reregister, and become a newbie all over again, but it wouldn't let me log in. Manu has this thing so wired that no on can do shit without going through 2000 codes and a bunch of steel doors.

Laurel opted to just make G.R. into Starfish, probably to save us both a lot of trouble.
I honestly hope this doesn't encourage others to change their names, unless it was something they had considered for awhile, and were planning on just reregistering for it.
I don't really think that too many people are/were in my boat.
I just hate having to use my initials, but I had no other option when I was registering.

Since then my husband started calling me Starfish, and I love it. I think it is so cute and it is suitable for me....

I am a star (at what I don't know, but that is what people tell me.)......... and I raise lots of fish!

Plus starfish are my favorite marine creature. Always have been. When Merelen told of her leg biting incident, I got a bit nervous about the change, but then I realized........ I am on the net..... she can only "pretend" bite my legs off!
