2. Strong sense of community and desire to help others instead of just complain.
3. Smart. Book smart and experience smart. If not experience smart, a strong desire to see and do things.
4. Family oriented. Gets along with family. Gets along with mine. I’ll settle for tolerates. No major family drama.
5. Gets off on making me squirm. Chokes me. Pulls my hair. Leaves my ass cheeks burning.
