So I went to the site and checked it out. It all seems in reasonable taste - no underage, bestiality, psycho stuff.

It's basically a wannabe sex stories site with links to stories from Lit and from an Indian erotic stories site.

So why am I hesitating? I read on the home page that Yahoo shut this group down a while back, and it's just resurfaced under a new name.

Am I being overly-cautious here?

Why did Yahoo close them down? If it was for plagiarism, it seems they may be changing their ways.

Yahoo often close adult groups because of members who have not declared an age, or because of material involving under-18s.

Both can happen despite careful control by the group moderators.

Most Yahoo groups don't ask.

But that Brazilian group is intriguing. It has only 79 members and yet has had 125 messages posted in the last seven days. What are they doing?
