Because you specifically mentioned she is Russian I thought of mail order bride. Her showing up, perhaps with poor English, you being blown away by how hot she is, the two of you adjusting to you living together.
Thinking on the fly, written from your point of view about you being alone for a long time and finally saying fuck it I'll order a girl. Sex: at first she feels obligated and that makes you guilty. And so on.
