... Winsome Romance, is based on a poem, found by a young college student in the office of her mentor.

I will be posting the poem as soon as the story is accepted. I thought I'd share a sneak peek with you poets of the forum, though.

Winsome

I see you standing,
On a hill close to home,
Your eyes are wide,
Clear
Shining
With the light of tomorrow.
Would that I can share that,
Tomorrow.

Your smile is what captivates,
Fascinating in the way
It curves your lips.

I dream of your body,
With its lithe fitness,
You enslave my mind,
Now
Ready
For my improper attention.
Would that I can share that,
Attention.

Your mind is what explores
With fresh imagination
It examines our being.

I hear you wondering
Aloud as your musings
Discover what I know.
You
Treasured
Of everything in my world.
Would that I can share that,
World.

Your heart is what brightens,
Encompassing in its warmth,
It opens your soul.

I sense you seeking
Amongst today's possiblies,
Please find my arms,
Strong
Willing
To hold you in my adoration.
Would that I can share that,
Adoration.

Your soul is what fulfills,
Embodying your spirit
It shines through your eyes.

I feel you hurting
Emotions cut deeply.
As your wounds bleed out
Pain
Lonely
I need you to have my love.
