okok..
on a serious note.. sometimes you can deplete your potassium levels and this will make your muscles jump as well.

however... if it becomes painful.. hot, red, swollen.. you need to go to the ER immediately.. ok? sometimes if someone has a DVT or deep vein thrombosis.. itll present this way.. but if you keep an eye on it.. youll be just fine.

Actually I have the same thing with my biceps and thighs as well now and then. I don't know what it is, I think I live pretty healthy so it can't be wrong food or drinks or anything.
Anyways, it's very short and I don't really care about it.

thanks for all your caring responses. i havnt had the same problem today, tho i made sure to drink water at work today instead of fizzy drinks, tho obviously not enough as i now hav a dehydration headache, i hate those.
