If you submitted it to be published, it usually takes 2-7 days, depending on the workload of the site owner. From there you will only get feedback if something has to be fixed, otherwise it will be published. Have a look at works > stories > pending in your member portal. You will see your story. Once it is accepted it will have a 'new'-icon attached and a date when it will be published, when it goes on-line you will find your story in works > stories > published...You will get a notice when people leave a comment for your story...
