It depends upon how it is presented too. One of my Danica chapters has just this sort of roleplay, but the fact it's roleplay comes up frequently in the narrative. It's perfectly obvious she's an adult, just playing around with dressing up in knee socks and tails. It's presented entirely from her perspective, and centered more on her thoughts than the actual role-play.

"Pigtails" one of my stories is a role play thing where the lady dresses up and gets a good spankin' (amongst other things)
