My story was posted twice

I recently uploaded a story, but for some reason although the blurb, the title and the tags are correct, the text of the story is not - it duplicates a previously-uploaded story. The two affected stories in my profile are "To Hell and Back" (the new story), and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (the old one). What's wrong and how can I fix it?

I think I will resubmit this with a note to the administrator to remove the duplicate.

Resubmit the incorrect story title with the word DELETE added, add a Note to the Editor explaining what has happened. That way, it will get in front of the site editor and she can remove the incorrect story.
