My story vanished!!HELP!!

I've been working on a story for about 6 hours. I've had to type it on my cell phone. I no longer have a laptop. I went to log back in after being out of my story for about an hour. I HAD LOGGED OUT AND SAVED A NUMBER OF TIMES throughout the morning and last night. Now my story is gone! I wanna cry. It was good story. I was just shy of 9,000 words. Im heartbroken.

Um, help us here. Where were you working on it? Google Docs? Literotica directly?

I don't know about everyone else here, but I generally like google docs autosave feature. If you have an unreliable connection, best use an app on your phone. For doing your best to recover from memory, there's apps for transcription..you talk & it records and writes.
