My story got chopped in half!

So I recently submitted a story, in the preview I saw that it was 2 pages. Now it's approved and out there in the world, and it just ends where the first page ended. I have no idea why it did that, and I assume if I submit an edit it'll do the same thing again. Has anyone had this problem?

I have not. But there are two things you can do:

1. PM Laurel and explain your problem. She is quite good at fixing things.

2. Resubmit the story placing EDITED after the title, and describe in detail the reason for resubmitting it in the Message field.

You may also want to read the Submission FAQ's.

But I think the above should solve your problem.

I have. Only the first half of mine was missing. I used the Report this story thing to have it pulled, then resubmitted it. It came out whole the second time around, but still had the original post date, so missed being a "new" story.

Maybe you should have re-thunk that ending...
