My Spotlight on a Lit Poster for the Month of September

Aw, dammit, I was hoping it was me. I'm gonna go bump some milk threads, I'm so depressed.

Lavy, I'm astounded, and genuinely pleased by what you say. The Lit community has been very good for me during a difficult part of my life, so your post means much to me. Thank you.
I will not be so crass as to say anything flattering about you, in response. However, you know that I hugely enjoy your posts, always, Chief Thunder Poster Crazy Lawyer Rainbow Love.

Free is a gentleman and a scholar, and I have a feeling that he wears his kilt in the most rakish fashion. :)

Lavy, you've picked a true blue dear for your spotlight!

Ahem. The one thing you don't want to call my fellow Glaswegian is a true blue!

A grand old chap he is but he's more of a green and white hoop!:D

Eep! Can you tell I am an American?

Sorry,
*ahem*

No blue, but he has a heart as strong as the ocean and as gentle as a breeze over a grassy knoll.

Better?
:)

No really?

He is as fine a gentleman as you find on these Boards. Your description fits him fine.

Great choice, Lavy.

I've missed having Free around these last few months. He is a true 'green and white' gentleman--as decent a chap as I've met here.

Charting a new course for oneself is always a thrilling and terrifying endeavor. Godspeed, my friend. And I hope your journey does allow you to stop in here more often.

There is a man who began posting last winter who really captured my attention. He has the ability to truly get along in any thread with anyone. You will see him posting very thoughtful posts that involve a great deal of knowledge about culture, literature, history and life. You will see him posting on many serious threads and sharing his opinion freely. You will also notice him posting on many fluff threads and having a generally good time. He is truly a complete poster on the board.

Besides this, just by reading his posts you can tell that he is a sincere, genuinely nice man.

I, for one, am so glad to have him back around.

Thank you freescorfr, for all you have contributed to Lit during your tenure.

I agree 100%. He has touched me with his very compassionate nature for those dealing with rape...he gives so much of himself. He has shown such support to others, and speaks so beautifully with his written word. What a love he is. :rose:

He's a spot of allright and a side of black pudding. Big ups to the free scot!

Well I listened when she expounded on InternationalFunBoy and damn if she wasn't dead on then, so now I have another poster to watch more closely.

Lavy you seem to have excellent taste.

Recognition awards??? Damnit, I knew I should have been nicer ...

he's the bestest penpal, sending me pics of grand phalluses from all over the world. I heart him.

Thank you again, Lavy, and all who have said a word here. I've not been able to post a lot recently in my itinerent state.
15 minutes of fame is quite sufficient. You lot make me feel a whole lot better. Thanks.
