My sister's best friend and the shape shifter. (closed for Jade666)

Long ago I was sent threw the stars when I was nothing but a puddle. It had taken me years to learn what I was and how I could hold my shape in basic forms. In time I was discovered and soon they realized in the lab that I was alive. I was adopted by one of the lab members family's. Over the years I had the normal sibling fighting, but as we grew up we got closer. This got me closer to her friends in a group, and now today I am meeting her best friend in a rare 1 on 1 meeting.

With me being adopted I matched my sisters age so I seam to be a 21 year old along with her best friends age named Luna wolf who works as a nurse. I am meeting Luna before her shift, so she can get a bit to eat. I sit at a table with her favored meal. I am reading a book while I wait for Luna. I picked the name Jonathan Gordenson tho I like to go by Jon as a nickname.

Luna had known him for many years ever since they were kids. Jon was a unique guy and always felt he was special since Luna knever knew the full story. Luna ended up graduating high school a year earlier than her friends. But she still stayed in contact and saw them every day and then while her good friend ended up going to college in the same city as Luna. And Luna ended up going to school to be a registered nurse which she did and did very successfully.

Everyone loved Luna, she's very beautiful but she wasn't stuck up about it. She was kind and like to give to charity a lot and every time she saw a homeless person on the side of the road in the city she would give them enough to have a nice meal. But throughout the time her friend was busy with college it left Luna and Jon to get to know each other much better. Within a year she worked in the very busy ER and was even asked to help out in the OR twice a week.

So she was very excited to go to work but she had gotten the text from Jon wanting to see her so she decided to meet him for lunch before her shift. It would be nice to have a nice meal before she started work. She was in a pair of dark purple scrubs and regular black sneakers. She went to the restaurant that they were to meet and it did not take her long to find him out of everybody. She walked out to the table and announced herself giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"Hope I am not late" Luna said with a smile.

She just had a shower and she knew people could smell cherry blossom on her because she used lotion before she got dressed.

If Jon was a normal human he would have blushed at the kiss on the cheek. He had always kept him self on the outer group, or tagging along in the back of his sisters friends. No one outside of his parents and his sister knew the truth about Jon being a shape shifter, and yes some times he was with the girls as his sister wore him/used him as a item like a pillow on a sleep over now and then with out her friends knowing. One of the things he like being around the girls is they always smelled so nice from there scented soaps and lotions they used.

Tho now a days his sister who had always been his best friend had been busy. Jon had felt lonely, so he reached out to the one if her friends he liked the best from the bit he knew of her. Jon smiled and said "You are on time for this lunch meeting. Thank you for joining me alone like this and not apart of a group like normal. I got a meal here waiting for you that I noticed over the years you seam to like to get. So you do not have to wait for your food before work." Jon was a in a non-discript human male that looked normal. 5'10 with short brown hair and blue eyes. About 180ish-200 pounds with a healthy solid balanced build. Not looking out of shape, but not in shape ether just normal...

Luna noticed the food on the table and she was surprised never in her life did she ever imagine that anybody would be paying attention to what she ordered when she would eat here. It actually made her blush that Jon remembered such a thing such a tiny thing that you don't think much about. Luna sat down and smiled taking a sip of her water and being highly content. Luna was actually a little nervous about meeting him one on one. It had nothing to do with the way he was Luna was just never good when it came to guys.

She smiled at him and can tell he was lonely and so wasn't Luna to be fair. Her friend was busy with college and Luna only saw her on a Saturday because on a Sunday she would hang out with her group of friends that she used to hang out with. " I am surprised Jon that you remembered my order. We haven't eaten here in quite a long time I even forgot what I used to order since your sister is away at college and I'm working as a nurse. But how are you doing Jon? Do you have a job yet? I know its hard to get a job around here."

Luna waited for him to speak so she took a bite of her sandwich and was trying very hard to be very lady like. She kind of acted like the guys that her friend hung out with you wouldn't see her dresses or in skirts she was somewhat of a tomboy but her beauty was easy to see even if she dressed like a tomboy.

Jon had a cover story for what he did as work. The cover story that the family started to tell folks was he was interning at his dad's lab. As the was not really true, but would explain why he would be noticed going and coming from work with his dad. The truth no one knew about of his family social contacts was that he was really a subject at the lab rather then working at the lab.

Jon smiled and faked shock by saying "Did my sis not gossip with all her friends that I am now working with are dad at the lab?" *Jon chuckles in a playful tone* Jon was glad that Luna seams to be ok with him noticing what she likes to eat. Jon then says "Yes I did try to keep notes on what you gals liked to order often while I was hanging out in the back or side of the group."

Luna thought he was sweet she was glad he was doing something with his life. Luna was never able to afford college and besides it wasn't what you wanted to do. The college in the area was more of a business type collage and Luna was happy with being a registered nurse. She was enjoying the meal there and everything seemed perfect she kept looking into his eyes wondering what Mysteries lie in his life.

" I'm glad you reached out so we could do this since it's been a while since we have been able to talk to each other. Now that your sister's in college and I'm doing what I'm doing I'm just happy with how my life was going. And I am glad you are doing well Jon. " there was something about him that was mysterious and wanted to know more. " I'm glad that you're doing well" Luna looked into his eyes and smiled her hand resting a few inches from his as her other hand was eating the sandwich.

Jon had a smile on his face as she asked about isn't it what he wanted to do. Jon said "I do enjoy spending the extra time with dad, and it is convenient. I am happy, but would not say this is my dream job. To be honest I do not know what my dream job would be, so it works for now."

Jon could not help but to smile, as no one outside the few folks at the lab that dad works at and Jon's mom and sister knows about what Jon really is. Jon is good enough to act human that the lab let him out of the lab to have a limited normal life. Tho Jon holding him self back from really opening to anyone as he had this secret he needed to keep.

Jon smiled and says "As you know I always hung out in the back ground and was kinda a loaner you can say, but you being the kind of a person you are made me want to reach out and get to know you more better now that you are not so busy with the girls as a group each day like you was as a kid. I wanted to ask if you would mind me hanging around you in your free time just being with you."

Luna was highly surprised at everything she heard him say but she had a big smile on her face. She grabbed her drink and sipped it a little bit it didn't take long of course for her to want to hang out with him she liked him. Jon was a sweet guy she had no idea how old he was exactly. But the one thing Luna would never do and that was to be nosy or pry into his life. Luna was not the kind of person that would want to hurt him in any way by asking questions that may be too personal.

"I would like that life has slowed down I still keeping close contact with your sister and hang out with her once a week when her schedule allows. But I would love to get to know you better. Thankfully my bosses have allowed me to have the same schedule every week but if something happens I need to go in they let me know several days ahead of time so planning out something to hang out with you and get to know you will be extremely easy for me. " Luna said with a smile.

I smile and say "If you want I will add my cell in your phone, I do not mind if you want to hang out late at night when you get off work. Maybe we can relax and watch a movie together?"

Luna smiled and nodded she took her phone out of her phone and she put in his name and she handed her cellphone to him so he could put his number in it. "Just so you know Jon if you ever need my help you can always come to my job and ask for my name, my name is the same and everyone knows me there."

I smile and nod while putting my number in.. I send a text saying Luna Wolf. I smile and say "I sent a text so I got your number in my phone now also, good to know about I can come the the hospital for you if I need to."

She smiled and added everything in and saved it. "I figure it would be good you knew that for the future." She figured it may never happen that he needed help but you never knew what the future would hold. She took another drink and crossed one leg over the other. "So what are your plans today? I work till 1 a.m tommorow morning" Luna said with a smile.

When you ask about my plans I say "Well the lab is closed this week, I should be at work right now otherwise, so I think I will be at home reading mostly just killing time this week. Do you eat lunch with the gals from work in a group or do you do it on your own? 1am I should still be up if you want to hang out and relax with me after shift."

Luna smiled at what he said "I see your sister one on one once a week when her schedule allows it but for the past couple weeks she's been too busy with midterms." She finiahed her sandwich and smile "I will send you a text half an hour before I leave to make sure you're still up if you are I'll come on down and see you"

Luna wasn't going to lie it was nice to hang out with him he was a good guy from what she could tell he had a pure heart and that was something that was rare done with days especially in this area. " I'm glad we did this Jon I think it was long overdue. I'm actually surprised you don't have a girlfriend yet I mean I'm single but that's my choice. "

I ask in shock "You see her one on one, what do you like to do when it is just you two?" You see a smile on my face as you say that you would come down to see me.. I ask "This morning, should take a cab so I can ride home with you?"

I say "Yay I kinda made that choice to by not getting to know any females really one on one. With how friendly and outgoing tho I am kinda shocked that you do not have a boyfriend. Tho I can kinda can see why as most guys can be jerks."

She smiled "Trust me the only thing your sister and I talk about is her life that's it because she's got a new boyfriend. We just talk we have a bowl of popcorn and we watch a movie and we talk while watching it."

Luna heard the comment and laughed "yes I find it hard to trust people but your sister did tell me you talked to her about her. She is the one that encourage you to talk to me and I am happy she got you to reach out to me." She slowly reached out and placed her hand on his.

I nod in agreement as you say you was told I talked to my sister about you. "I asked her as I wanted her feedback on who she thought I would be a good match with to really get close to, and to make sure she wouldn't think I was trying to take any of her friends away or anything like that. She knows I am lonly, and want to spend some time getting close to someone. I spent most my life with her, but now she is getting busy and dose not really have time to hang out with me. So I asked for her input" * I take a drink of what seams to be water, but you are unaware it is apart of me in the glass taking form of the water*

I say "I gotta wonder about your girl talk with her. Do you enjoy hearing about her and her new boyfriend? Are you happy with out one, and enjoy hearing about what they do?" *asked in a inquisitive tone*

She listened to everything he said and she couldn't help but smile. She was curious as to why he cared so much about what was said between the two of them but she smiled anyway honest questions deserved honesty answers. " I understand what you mean but when it comes to her. Yes I'm glad your sister found somebody your sister can be a pain in the ass sometimes but she's a good woman."

When she said that his sister could be a pain in the ass she had to laugh at that comment which made the rest of what she said lighthearted with a smile on her face. She drank her soda and looked up and chuckled with a kind look.

He smiles and nods chuckling while saying "Oh you are telling me she can be a pain in the ass. I live with the woman all my life. *Smiles* We may be best friends, but we are also siblings. Do stupid pranks now and then like flushing a toilet to give a cold snap of water while the other is showering, tieing the shoe laces together tho that kinda stopped as she wears more strap shoes now then tennashoes."

Luna couldn't help but laugh at what he was telling her that sounded like the usual prank stuff that was for sure and his sister even said as much but she also said he was special and she could see that that was very easy to see that she was a special kind of woman. "But I do love your sister and she was my own she looked out for me a lot when I was in school so I owe her a lot. "

Jon smile and nodded knowing Luna was one of her best friends, her closet best friends. The girl she when to when his sister did not turn to him for advice.

I ask "How do you feel you owe her, wasn't it you both being there for each other?"

Luna smiled "She never told you?" She looked down for a moment. "Six months before graduation, your sister just got her license, and I asked if she could pick me up from the library. As I left the library to wait for her. This guy that I knew from school, only a little bit, asked if I wanted a ride home.

When I said no, thank you, he took it as a huge offense, and as your sister saw him try to drag me into his car, she started to record it, showing the struggle before telling him to get off me." She never told anyone before, but this was the reason for her having trust issues.

She felt a tear fall down her cheek. "With the evidence we were able to get him arrested. It was used as evidence because he was the son of a senator that is as corrupt as his old man"

Jon gets up and moves sitting next to her and gave her a side hug while saying "Oh my gosh no she never told me. Well if you ever need a ride, call me or my sister. One of us will always come and get you from anywhere at any time."

Luna smiled weakly but she nodded and placed her hand on his patting his hand very softly." She finished up her meal and her drink I knew she had to go very soon. "Thanks Jon if your still up at midnight today I will take you up on that offer" she said with a softness to it.
