I used some instagram pictures as reference for those two, since I'm trying to push myself to draw more complex poses.

I noticed that if I always draw from my head, I would never increase my repertory of poses and perspective

Great start. I love using poses too - it takes a lot of practice to solidify poses to memory. I'm not sure if it's worth it. What's wrong with using references every time?
