Okay, this post is mostly directed toward the guys, but it may apply to some women too. I seriously doubt that, however.

Anyway, I've heard from more than one woman who used to post pics here that she got tired of getting PMs such as the following:

"Hi, you're really hot. Can you e-mail all of your pictures to me at ImAGoober@hotmail.com?"

"Hi, you're tits are awesome! Can you post a pic of your pussy please?"

"Hey, bitch, you fucking rock! Can we get together and fuck?"

Most people enjoy getting compliments. That's only natural. However, there is a word called tact that too often gets forgotten. Plus, when you request pics out of the blue, it's like giving a homework assignment to a complete stranger. Plus, you're asking someone to give you pictures of them, and thus they lose control of them. Asking for a certain pic in her thread is different from asking for it in a PM, also.

So, I ask you guys, please don't PM one of the previous messages to the ladies that you admire, but do continue to offer enouragement and compliments to them.

That is all.

I have to agree RH. Posting those remarks here on the thread for all to see is to be expected. Hell, us guys are supposed to be pigs anyhow, right? But PMs are reserved for the more personal, intimate, one on one conversations and should not be abused. Those that do abuse it are probably not mature enough, pschologically, to be here anyhow.

I couldn't agree with you more, RH - for a lot of people, posting pics of themselves takes a lot of courage....and some responses can be unnerving, to say the least. I have had more than one person ask that their thread be removed because of responses they've received.

Oh...and MysticSwing? Is that pic you posted kosher? Remember, folks...if you didn't take the pic yourself or if it isn't of you, please don't post it!

That's a good point. I don't spend as much time here as I used to, but have the flames died down some since they banned Unreg's?

Just a bit...though we've found out that assholes can register too. And I keep getting posts reported to me of people flaming in pic threads that, sadly, we can't do much about....

We CAN ask, however, that people use common decency.

Yes, we can. And I have PM'd some people directly, asking that they be civil. Doesn't mean they listen....

Yup...ShyGuy and myself are the mods for the Am Pic Board.

I dunno about the sticky.....I'll talk with ShyGuy and see what he thinks. I agree that too many are not good...and I think we're pushing maximum density right now....
