My Photo Gallery

These are perfect! I like the dark silhouette of the child backlit by the sun in the first. Is he your son?

The color, in all, is wonderful, and the movement in the fountain pick is very charming.

The extreme perspective in the last photo in the first post is great...everything about it works...the complimentary colors, the simple change of elements (the sructure at the top, the sky, and two levels of flora in the foreground). Very elegant, yet lush.

Thank you for your critiques and welcome :)

Yes, those are my children in the photos and they are a source of my inspiration and interest in learning more about photography.

tolyk - I just use a Kodak point and shoot easyshare digi. I'm looking to upgrade and take some photography classes.
Which model? I have the Easyshare CX7300, it's a horrible camera.. heh.. I was so glad to finally upgrade to an SLR.

Also, if you want to join a photography community, I've found thephotoforum.com is pretty good :)

I wanna see, I wanna see! Imageshack is disabled for this domain - that's what I'm getting anyway, I'm using freeimagehosting.com, but it's pretty slow - I think there's another free imagehosting site somewhere that allows adult images, I can't remember what it's called at the moment though.

Nice bod. I like the Neon light/extended exposure shots too, you should try to get one from on top of the Ferris wheel sometime, try to capture that feeling of vertigo, if you don't mind a suggestion.

I definitely will try that at some point. I had too much equipment and no one with me to carry some of my load to get on any of the rides!

Wow!

You have NOTHING to be shy about, I'll say that. (Artisticaly they show lots of potential as well)

I love the carnival shots. Vivid bright colors with lots of action.
