My Personal Ad

I thought I would give this a try. I'm 27 (28 in July) year old male living in Austin Texas. I've been single for about 6 years and I don't understand why. Well maybe I do and my theory is that it's just damn hard to meet people. At any rate, I love to do a ton of things. I love art and create and go see art all the time. I love the out doors and run, hike, bike, kayak, among other things. I'm also very open minded about things. Women who know me say I'm cute! That's good right? I'm 6'2" 180ish have short brown hair blue eyes and glasses.

I'd really like to find a woman as open minded as me and has a great personality! It would be awesome for her to like the out doors and art as much as myself. Hopefully, she'll like to go out on the town for a great dinner and dancing!

I know and I agree with you both......I merely meant that as I have tried various venues and thought I would give this a shot, it just seems that nobody really gets that connection here that you can get elsewhere.....then again......maybe its just me....LOL.

They decide when to share it and who to share it with, if it at all.

The key is communication. Both parties need to communicate and if somebody likes to do something or wants to expertiment, they should talk to their partner. Who knows, they might like the response that they get.

You never know unless u ask!

i may be in the minority here, but i dont think that this board is the place to meet anybody meaningful. I dont see most people looking for more than a hookup and if u wanted to find somebody here, there are too many threads of people just chit chatting that belong in the playground that people should NOT have to wade through.

I read your posts baby. Seshana, you are one hot looking woman I must say. Yahoo does work. I met my wife on yahoo , but that was back when it didn't suck. You could just look at profiles and add people to your messenger list and then send them messages. Now you have to pay for yahoo personals and I don't know if it works as well now.

this is in fact called the Literotica PERSONALS board.....people do occassionally post looking for more than a hook up.....point in fact.....the owner of this thread.....all i did was wish the man luck and quoted something someone had said to me......all of a sudden everyone is on a tangent .....holy moly.....

Yeah you are in the minority, as I know there is a very large group of people here that are into more than just how much sex someone else wants to have. Sex is only part of a relationship and most people here realize that. It's the guys (and women as well) that only want to get off in a motel room with someone and then up and never talk to them after that meeting, only cause they were able to get a thrill out of it. The chit chat is how you get to know people and no they don't belong in the playground. Yeah one on one conversation is the best way to get to know someone, but at the same time alot of people prefer the forum option until they get to know someone better. If you don't like to 'WADE' through things you don't think should be there, no one says you MUST. It's your choice to stick around, not anyone elses. Sorry you think the way you do, but as you said, you are the minority.

I agree with you that there is more than sex to a relationship. However, sex IMO has to be awesome with someone. I would hate to be with someone that I can't be totally honest with and have horrible sex with. The main thing I think I need in a partner is a great personallity first and fore most. Then great sex!!! Then if the person is good looking that's just icing on the cake.

To Seshena: I'm just glad people are posting in my thread!!! Don't run away and not post!
