Hi all, I am new here and just have to give a thumbs up for the advice I see most of you giving to the young ladies who are asking for guidance and advice. Whether that be "online meetings" or "losing unnecessary weight" etc.
In short you seem to actually care and be giving sound healthy advice.
Kudos to you all.
