If I was to get an HPN, it would probably be an Airhead not an Oilhead. At one time I thought about doing that, but for the same cost I can get 4-6 of these:

Ready to go, from the factory, with very little need for mods. I would have a custom seat built, and probably a different windscreen, but I think it will be okay. Now that the PD is finished KTM should be offering the LC8 to public pretty soon. Once they come out then I will go see if I like them.
