My new favoritest food: Raisin Waldorf Salad!

Ingredients

1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt (I use 1 cup and vanilla instead though)
2 diced apples
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1/3 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts, optional
lettuce leaves



Directions:
COMBINE all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce leaves.
TOSS well.
PLACE on lettuce leaves and garnish with walnuts, if desired.



Makes 4 servings.

I like Waldorf Salad as well, Doll. You can also make it with grapes, cut in half, instead of raisins.
