Chicago is blues central for America. In the black flight from the south most of the famous blue men and women settled in Chicago first. While on their way west and north. Most of the blues you hear is Chicago style. The next most popular is delta.

The style I play is most closely associated with the Texas roadhouse sound. Who knew? Big influences are Johnny Winter, Lightnin Hopkins, JL Hooker (As opposed to TJ Hooker), Buddy Guy, Albert and Freddie King. Many others.
This isnt the music town everyone thinks it is unfortunately

I have them all SO fooled.
