I ran out Sunday night and I haven't bought any since. I'm going to try and see if I can quit.

Can one die from lack of nicotene? Fresh oxygen intake?



I'm avoiding the most obvious and not eating much, I don't want to gain weight as some tend to do when they quit smoking.


Any tips for me?

Yeah, whenever you get the urge for a cig, drink water.
thats how I quit.
(But damn did I piss alot)

I had a girlfriend who was trying to quit. I told her to tell me every time she got the urge to have a cigarette and I would go down on her instead. She liked this idea. Obviously it wasn't quite possible to do this EVERY time, but I gave it my best shot. Unfortunately for the experiment we broke up before she completely kicked the habit, so I can't give you the final results. But it seemed to be working pretty well.
