My appetite is back full force...I'm trying to eat healthy small amounts...but its hard...I'm starving constantly...I hate being back to my regular self! I can't stand being hungry all the time...never being able to get full...I hate this...I've already gained 4 lbs...I've been binging so much the past couple days...I ate 5 bananas at once on night...and I don't want to admit this but I ate an entire package of oreos...I shouldn't have bought them...but I'd been craving them for so long...I'm so disgusting...I'm trying to eating healthy today...I had a bowl of shredded wheat (2 pieces) around 10 and I'm trying not to eat until dinner...I don't know what I'm having for dinner...maybe broccoli...yeah...broccoli sounds good...

you need to find something else to do if you are tempted to eat. i'd bet 8 times out of 10 you are just bored when you eat and it isn't just because your stomach is actually rumbling.
i eat when i'm bored or when i see something tempting but then again i don't have a problem with my weight.
you need to rid your house of temptation and stop spending money you don't have on crap all the time or stop eating at your mom's house.

Drink a cup of black coffee. Taste like shit but it does the job of craving your appetites.

Or a book. She needs to stop thinking of food as entertainment. Get a dang hobby or something.

junk food is cheaper...and more filling...to me at least...the food I buy isn't very filling...I generally only buy bananas, apples, raisin bran, fat free milk...

no it isn't more filling your body is just craving sugar because it's all it knows. don't try and bs me. i know about diet and nutrition honey not everything but enough to know your body will crave the shit stuff you keep putting in it.
i've told you many many times eat longer acting carbs that will break down slower in your body. porridge and whole grain cereal is a great example so is brown rice.

Ok. THat is a lot better than the calories in a whole package of oreos. DONT GO TO THE STORE HUNGRY. You tend to buy more junk food and impulse foods. AND why did you buy the oreos when you knew you would do something like that?

I do realise I'm banging my head against a wall, but it's good stuff for our body- you need nourishment or your body thinks it's never going to get real food and starts hanging on for dear life to your fat.

think about it -what's worse? a couple of slices of wholewheat bread/ a bowl od pasta/ a serving of brown rice or a whole pack of biscuits eaten in one sitting?

Why would you buy something to barf up. Geezus. You need to try outpatient or in patient treatment.

I do have some wheat bread...light though...its 35 calories per slice...

Dolly, I'm going to say this very slowly until you understand it.

If you would only eat more and with more variety, you will be less hungry and lose weight.

Maybe at least now you'll quit using your medicines as a crutch and start working toward real health.
