I last heard from him on Sunday night and now nothing. He said he was going to be busy helping a friend for a few days and that messages would be sporadic, not non existent. Now I'm lost and adrift without my anchor. Any suggestions?

Try to have a little faith and patience - if he's never dropped off radar like this before, the chances are that he's not doing it just to make you miserable. He probably feels just as bad about not getting back to you as soon as he hoped.

You could reach out and smack him call him a pain in the butt. That may get him going. If not find a sub till he returns.
