Okay, I have this future goal, it involves the adult entertainment industry, so it might be a bit iffy for the more conservative types. I'd just like your opinions, suggestions and comments on the subject.

Considering there has not been an indoor "Adult Theme Park" or "XXX Theme Park" before, at least, not in the United States; I am planning on creating one. I currently haven't decided on the rides yet, but the main purpose of the theme park is quite simply sex. Literal, open sex. To make sexual fantasy come to life in an indoor theme park where partygoers can share their bodies with others. Now, the theme park will be named "Aphrodite," and will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada -- which has illegal prostitution, but does NOT ban laws against conscensual "party sex" or orgies (a disclaimer will be provided for each partygoer to sign on), so I'm thinking its creation won't break any laws.

Due to the theme, before people even enter the park, they'd be required to undergo tests for HIV, siphillis, and related diseases; which will be provided by the park after a partygoer buys a ticket (online or face-to-face), so it'd be best to buy in advance. And, to keep the park's theme, partygoers will have to remove all articles of clothing before they enter the park via dressing rooms, however, if $10-$40 were added to the initial price, the female partygoer can wear a bikini, while the male partygoer can wear shorts--this is a small penalty for breaking the theme.

Finally, my main audience for the theme park is young adults/college students, so it'd be a mixture between a nightclub/themepark.

Feel free to provide me with either a /serious/ question, comment and/or suggestion.

You're probably going to find that the people on the HT forum are the same people that are on the GB.

A major problem is the STD testing. Some diseases, like HIV, can take up to six months before tests show up as positive. You could have hundreds of people being infected before anyone can find out.

You are day dreaming big time. The legality doesn't matter - what matters is your liability. Within one week after opening you will be hit with enough lawsuits to rival the national debt. Forget it. There was such a club in Europe, and it only lasted a few months.

If you want to persue this, put one in your backyard and only invite friends. A whole hell of a lot cheaper, and just as much fun.

I think most americans are far too bashful (unless drunk) to give you a decent sized market. Plus as mentioned above HIV testing is can take a while and is not fool proff. You have no guarantee that the people going to the park didn't catch something between the time they got tested and went to the park. Finally you'll have conservatibes raising holy hell about you destroying the moral fabric of the country which will likely scare potential customers away.

You're better off just starting a swinger club.

First... the first problem is the STD test part... many don't show up real quickly... some don't show up on tests.. what about Herpes? a permanent problem once contracted & active (as an example)... some studies show that in some people it can lay dormant for decades but still be there & able to infect others --- if you are suggesting that you can protect others from disease, then you set yourself up for on-going litigious battle to the end of time... How can you assure that the person who tested is the person who uses the ticket?

Second... why not just open a bar... a wild party bar..... think Club LeVela in Panama City Beach.... ever been there during the summer? it's a wild sex party and that is why it was selected location repeatedly for MTV's spring-break... it was an already existing wild party (sex) scene before MTV ever got involved

Third... even in vegas..... you would have to dress-it-up as something else to get it not tossed to the curb... as soon as folks like zoning committees got wind of it, and political-types have re-election hopes on the fritz for allowing it... then you would get shut-out....

why not a bar-strip club with an adult theatre... as the starting point...

No chance

If you have the money for this then I suggest you put it on a horse, even a rank outsider would have a better chance of giving you a return then this business idea.

If you must go ahead then as the post above said a strip bar with film booth might be a better option.

Just my thoughts, but if it is your dream go for it.
