My Homepage

When I signed on before yesterday my home page showed the most recent stories from all of the authors I follow. Now it only shows one author. How can I get it back to showing all of the writers I’m following?

Look around at the many threads on this in the forum already. They changed the software, so all old notifications were archived.

'My Homepage' page needs work!

I just looked and it was empty. Huh?! Is the site broken? I lookedaround and saw the link for the 'archived page', which showed some items I never saw before. That was confirmed by the time description of "5 hours ago" when I last time looked at the page more than 8 hours prior. In addition, "seen once and archived" is just not a good design choice for the homepage. 'Seen and overflows the page' would be better, as could several other possibilities.

Please keep in mind the most important SW design principle: the principle of least surprise. The current design, sadly, is most surprising.

Update for Oct 17.

Nothing on 'My Homepage' yet the 'archived' page show 2 new & unseen items '45m ago'; I hadn't been on since this morning, 6h ago.

I’ve looked around the threads, No Help. I have checked Archived notifications found 2 new stories posted 3 days ago. Your explanation page for my home states that Authors you follow new stories are available on “ My Home” page. Shouldn’t be this difficult to read stories of Author’s you follow on a story site. I understand you made an update but it is obviously not working.

Please don't say "you" (to me) about the update. I am just someone who contributes stories to the site, for no pay. The owner is @Laurel, the tech staff is @Manu.
