My favorite leather belt broke

I'm really upset, because I can't seem to find the same one anywhere, and I can't remember what store I bought it from. It was a while ago anyway, so they probably wouldn't still be selling these belts even if I did remember.

Does anyone know where I can get a belt that is black leather with grommets going all around it, and a row of metal pyraminds on the top and bottom?

I WISH it broke that way!

It actually broke when I was putting it on. A few times I wore it with jeans where the belt loops weren't really wide enough for the belt to go through, so the belt loops cut into the leather at one spot and the belt ripped.

Sscotty, I didn't ask anyone to hold my skirt up- it has nothing to do with my question in this thread.

BTW, it sounds like the belt you're describing is something thrown into the crowd at a Stryper concert circa '86. You may never find another.

The belt is kind of retro, but I really liked wearing it when I was in a wicked mood. It made me look tough.

I don't know if that can be done without it looking patched, although that may be possible to incorperate that into the style, by putting a leather "splint" on the inside attatched by grometts or rivets or sewn. A patch would make it thicker maybe the jeans would wear out instead of the belt.

You might be able to get it made into a choker or bracelets instead.

lilminx this kind of stuff is still being made believe it or not. Its just much harder to find now a days. There are a couple places in chicago that I go to the alley and medussas being two of them. There are also a few places online that I found with this type of clothing. I love it!!!

I'd go to leather shop and have one made. You can pick out the studs and leather belt blank that you want. Custom made.

You might find you like it better than the one you had.

Motorcycle gear might be another place. They like a lot of leather.
