Everybody knows I'm the coolest mofo on this site so I'm gonna share with you bitches. lol
I'm making this today!
I use a Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker to make my soup but you can also use a big stock pot.
You need:
2lbs of ground sirloin- I use 90% lean meat.
1 package of Lipton beefy onion soup mix.
8 ounce can tomato paste
14 ounce can diced tomato
1 whole onion chopped & diced
8 ounces dry pinto beans (soak 4 hours prior)
10 ounce can of condensed cream potato soup
2 - 16 oz bags of frozen pictsweet seasoned soup vegetables.
1 tbsp of Tony Chaceres creole seasoning
3 cups of water
Brown meat first and drain off any drippings...Throw in remaining ingredients, stir, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Will be the best damn soup you ever had. lol
Trust me we do it this way at the finest restaurants.
