My Dream House

Ok, I need some help building my dream house in terms of wither my ideas would work, costs, negatives, etc. this would be built from scratch out in the country, for those that are good with figuring out costs of stuff.

It would be a two story house with a walk-out basement. That's not the complicated part though, houses are build everyday, but I'd really like for this house to run solely on green energy and also to have a complete wall around the property.

When it comes to the green energy, I'm not sure what this house would require. Solar panels help but how are they in weather? And how much do windmills help? Are wells anywhere near safe these days?

As for the wall, I would need holes in it to let water drain but what would it do for the soil and how deep would the wall need to be buried for it to be sturdy?

How much money you have to start with?
My house started out as a morgan building the cost square foot was cheaper.
Wells can cost a lot just matters on how far the water table is where your at.
Get the water tested but remember your septic tanks gotta go somewhere to.

Yeah, I think a dream house is the last thing you need to worry about right now.

I'm completely ignorant of a lot of things in this regard so I thank you for at least giving me your kindness.

Honestly, this is just something I've tossed over in my head a bunch that will probably never happen unless I just get awesomely rich (and if I do, i'll throw some your way ^_^) but it's nice to get some details. Being out in the country, you have to have someone come and drain your septic tank wouldn't you?

Anyone have any experience with solar panels at all?

Plug into the grid. It's cheaper unless you plan on living a very long time.
