Okay...so here is a sample day of what I plan to eat and pills and such I'm going to take...does it sound healthy? Think it would make me lose weight? Any tips are welcome! :)

Breakfast: One iron pill (prescription Ferrous Cluconate 324 mg) 3 Hydroxycut pills, one apple cut into wedges, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, one cup light cranberry juice.

Lunch: 3 Hydroxycut pills, one iron pill, fiber suppliment, light yogurt (cheap walmart brand), banana, and a diet coke.

Afternoon snack: 1 cup baked squash (hubbard...yum!) and two saltine crackers with peanut butter on them.

Dinner: 3 Hydroxycut pills, iron pill, small piece of baked chicken, 2 cups broccoli and light orange juice.

No. It's not healthy. Eating less and eating healthy is good, but exercise is also very important. So is calcium. The diet coke you have listed there is simply junk. You are a growing young lady, and you need milk. Bodies need a minimal amount of calories depending on current weight and exercise level. Call a nutritionist or a dietician and get some advice.

And these miracle diet pills aren't really a miracle at all. Many of them are quite dangerous, ESPECIALLY in large doses.

That's looking like about 1000-1200 calories a day, plus a whole bunch of pills that I don't know anything about.

No, it doesn't sound healthy at all.

What Lost&Found said, you don't need all those Hydrowhatever pills. Take a multi-vitamin, drinks lots of water and exercise for 45 minutes every day. Losing weight isn't about taking pills or cutting out all your nutrients, it's about a lifestyle change.

My nutritionist said that I should have around 1200 calories a day...

Umm...I get enough calcium...what do you think is in the cottage cheese and yogurt? Plus my OJ has it in it...

Plus I exercise lots...should have added that in there...I wasn't going to change that so I didn't mention it.

I walked for 30 minutes everyday, do step ups, leg lifts, wall slides and crunches on my exercise ball. Thats about all my body can handle right now.

I don't think that you should start that low, plus that hydroxycut does not seem good at all. I am too lazy to google what is in it but I assume it raises your heart rate and for some one in your shape that many does not seem like a good idea.

In addition to all the other things listed, this plan gives you no flexibility or variety. By making unrealistic diets, you set yourself up for failure.

Do you really never plan to eat out a restaurant? Never plan to go to a party? You need to figure out a plan that actually makes sense and works for your life.

five portions of fruit & veg a day?

whole grain cerials?

lean meat/fish/cheese/egg/tofu...some protien?

you'll get hungry and binge

...eat as much fruit and veg as you like! why ration something so healthy?

That seems way too low for where you are right now. Your body can go into starvation mode if you go from high calories to extremely low calories overnight.

If that happens, you can exercise all you want, and you won't lose weight the way you should.

I'm agoraphobic. I hardly ever go out. I have issues about eating in public...feel like everyone is staring at me...goes back to my eating disorder days...And I've never been to a party.

Thats just a sample of one day, I do my best to have different things once in a while b/c its not good to eat the same things day after day. Though I do try to have yogurt everyday b/c its good for digestion and stuff.

Umm...I have never had high calorie intake...cept for days I binge (on average, once a week...) Then I can take in...2000+ calories in just a few minutes...usually end up getting rid of it though...

Look it up online. Someone who is 5'1 275 lbs...if they want to lose weight, 1200 is the number of calories you are supposed to take.

You ask for advice, but make excuses and justifications for the plan you made. If you do not want opinions, then do not fucking ask...

I googled, and that's exactly what it is. Wanna bet on a thread two weeks from now: "I'm Having Heart Palpitations, Is That, Like, Bad?"

Plus, doll, you might want to read the warning labels, or....something...

12. Can I use Hydroxycut with other products containing caffeine?
Hydroxycut should not be used with products containing caffeine, including caffeinated beverages such as tea, coffee, and cola. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Not a big cereal fan...too many calories and sugar and salt and all those evil things. I do my best to stay away from pre-made foods like that. I have chicken a lot...Can't stand fish...cheese is okay, sometimes...love egg whites...can't stand the yellow part though...tofu is good...love it with soy sauce in stir fry! :)

Its not so much that I'm rationing for weight loss...its more than I need to make sure I have enough for the week lol

I know lots about diet pills and such. This one is really good...makes me feel awesome...gives me so much energy and makes me not hungry at all...I have researched it a lot, even asked my doctor if it was okay and she said it would be fine. I know you aren't supposed to drink soda with it, but one glass a day never killed anyone.

Are you still bulemic? If so, thats something that you need to focus on first.

Also, it seems like you have a lot of issues going on. I think you need to start with a less intense diet. The dieting will be good and help with some of your issues; but it isn't going to change you as a person.

The low self-esteem you have, the agrophobia, won't change when you're skinny.

I hope you're in therapy. You desperately need it.
