Okay...so here is a sample day of what I plan to eat and pills and such I'm going to take...does it sound healthy? Think it would make me lose weight? Any tips are welcome! 
Breakfast: One iron pill (prescription Ferrous Cluconate 324 mg) 3 Hydroxycut pills, one apple cut into wedges, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, one cup light cranberry juice.
Lunch: 3 Hydroxycut pills, one iron pill, fiber suppliment, light yogurt (cheap walmart brand), banana, and a diet coke.
Afternoon snack: 1 cup baked squash (hubbard...yum!) and two saltine crackers with peanut butter on them.
Dinner: 3 Hydroxycut pills, iron pill, small piece of baked chicken, 2 cups broccoli and light orange juice.
