OOC: Daniel Kelly. 43 years old. 5'10" 200 pounds. Thick black hair all over. Black eyes.
IC: When I closed the Rothman account, my boss gave me a bottle of expensive scotch as a bonus. I was saving it for a speial occasion.
This morning my wife left me after twenty-two years of marriage.
Occasions didn't get more special than that.
I started pouring.
I was about a third of the way through the bottle when the doorbell rang. I was still mobile, but I had a pretty good buzz on.
For some stupid reason, I thought it was my wife coming back to beg my forgiveness.
Man, was I drunk. Before she stormed off, she made it clear that that was never going to happen.
I opened the door and was greeted by the improbable sight of an incredibly beautiful young lady.
"Hi, Mister Kelly," she said. "Is Stacy home?"
I suddenly recognized her. She went to school with my 19 year old daughter.
What was her name again?
"No, she isn't," I said. "But she should be here in a few minutes. Why don't you come in and wait for her?"
My daughter was actually hours away, helping her mother get settled in her new home. She would be away all weekend.
But I was drunk.
And I was single.
And I was starting to get ideas...
