My Authors Activity

About three days ago all story STATISTICS on "My Authors Activity" are in error, zero'ed, or combination of both. My favorite Authors are being listed with posting date but all the stats are erroneous.

Like the 'read script' to your database has been corrupted/path changed.

Is WinXP & FF the issue?

I may have an answer for these new L issues.... As these problems do NOT appear on my Kindle but just popped up this week on my WinXP NB. Unfortunately for me is this is my Dell ND w/WinXP is the only puter I have with me on the road consulting.

I suspect L did some upgrade that now excludes certain data to WinXP Firefox users. L has fallen into the MS OS trap of not being backwards compatible.

My Author's Activity is not showing properly, either. I'm using Win 10 and Chrome on a Toshiba laptop. It does not show any activity since August 5! But when I go to the "old control panel" then all activity shows up.

We've seen similar broken issues in a variety of environments from current Windows to Linux.
Hopefully this work in progress will get resolved soon.

I hope they haven't fallen into the latest and greatest trap. Some of us have legacy software that prevents us from using anything beyond Win7 specifically because it isn't backwards compatible.

A week ago the tools reappears, I can now edit my story comments. All if fixed - for this problem.

I posted a story in early August and had to clear out more than 10 spam comments. It was annoying. Last week, I post another story and didn't have to deal with any spam comments at all.

I just wanted to thank Admin and staff for fixing the problem.
