my art

I am envious...I just do not seem to get it together when I try to paint...I refuse to give up though.:) Love your swan...especially the way you have used the colours.

Thank you. Never give up, I am sure your better than you think you are. I know I don;t like anything I do after I have finshed painting it.

These next drawings are mostly color pencil. I all ways carry a little sketch pad and some pencils. They are done fast and not mint to be Great art. more or less an exercies for me I don't spend more than 15 minutes on anyone of these. They are what they are.

LOL, I am still envious.:) I used to think flowers were not an exciting subject, but since playing with them in photography, usually when I am unable to get out to do anything else, I have begun to appreciate their usefulness in terms of texture, colours, lines and now think they are wonderful for more than just admiring in nature or a vase.

I think that the same thing that draws me to them too. I shoot a lot of photos to work from and everytime I am not no matter where I end up finding flowers. I'll have to post some of my Photos.

Thank you.

I see some I would love to paint. I have saved them to my little jump drive. Not sure when I will get to them But I will.
