I had a story up for editing and two people eventually volunteered to edit it. I had forgotten that I sent it to the second person and after receiving it back from the first, I made corrections and submitted it.
About 15 minutes after submitting it the second person emailed me to let me know they were just about done with the editing.
I apologize to all involved and promise not to make the same mistake again.....
