I too am in SE UK and have wanted for some time to fins a lady or ladies who would like to share this, but never managed to find anyone. Has anyone ever read the erotic short story 'The Circle'? Would be nice, but....
I agree that is would be highly erotic to meet someone for a little masturbation session. And it would be safe sex too. However, I understand why people would be cautious. I think that there are many women out there who are nice, intelligent, sensuous, delightful people whom having a nice phone conversation with, maybe even leading to masturbation, would be a delight.
However, as long as there are a few people who would make the experience frightening or unpleasant or who would hound you once they had your phone number, caution will rule the day.
A few bad apples ruin it for everyone. I remain hopeful.
