Okay, this may be a bit premature, and I might be jinxing myself a bit but as I've mentioned I have a new promotion comming thru which will enable me to take the trip to see my love for the first time. So far this first meeting is timidly set for my next vacation in November. I know 8 months away, and my promotion is still even 2 months away. But I'm getting ancious.

So on to the point of the thread.....

I'm starting to think about what toys I need to add to my collection before I make my trip. So far at the top of that list is a new i-vibe rabbit. But I've been thinking about what else I should buy and eventually take with me.

On my list of already haves is:
suade flogger
cat of nine tales
weighted nipple clamps (I think he'd send me back to get those if I forgot them  )
10" dildo
small jelly butt plug
leather cuffs
a couple collars
a short leash
clothes pegs
rope
ben was (6 different sizes)
oh yes and tacks

My list of to buys so far is:
i-vibe rabbit
single tail
fox tail butt plug
vampire gloves (tho I'm going to try to talk him into putting that on his own list. :D )

so any sujestions? Anything you think is a must have on this first trip?

Congrats !!! I do hope all goes sooner than later :)
How long are you staying?? hopefully you don't overload yourself :)

I noticed the vampire gloves mentioned...

what about the Warturnburg wheels ???
Personally these are my fav.
I won't but I hear you can attach a violet wand to them for increased sensation

or candles (100%parrafin wax)
or fingerspikes.....
I also have a cathair brush that runs a close second to the wheels as I don't like stingy thuddy....

The plan is 6 days, so far, but if I can work things right then I might be able to make it 8.

You know, every time I open my sewing box and see that wheel stairing at me I go "hmmm". Maybe it should make its way to the toy bag.

All sounds good and I was going to suggest due to previous concerns about what you take in, that perhaps you send some of it registered post so you don't have problems at the customs. F went to UK last week and had things like deodorant etc., thrown out as he only took on cabin baggage and any liquid over 100 ml is thrown in the bin there and then. He didn't have anything else risky seeing I wasn't with him. :D

*giggles*

I thought about this. And you know, I made a comment that I have to buy some little travel bottles of shampoo and deoderant and stuff. Jounar says to me "you know you can buy that stuff here"

I have thought about sending some toys over, but I'll have to check the customes rules a bit more carefully. I'm affraid a lot of them would not fly even by post.

you already have more than what we had on our first visit LOL..i think P had one flogger, a slapper thing ( i think it's called a quirt), handcuffs, i bought rope, and candles and i think that's about it. He bought another flogger and a blind fold when He got here....

I didn't have any trouble taking my kinky things, including a knife, because I put it all in my checked baggage.

to find out about the limits on what you can take, go to www.tsa.gov

thats quite a list.. i do the same thing though... i start my packing list the minute i have potential plpans to see A

Oh I nearly forgot my steel cored slapper! I know he's dieing to get his hands on that.

MP, I know that there's a lot I can check for flying inside the states, but I'm flying outside the country. I know there is still a lot I can check, but it's not so much getting it past our security with out a problem, as much as getting it past the airport security where he is. I'm very timid about going past customes with well that slapper for instance. And he's forbidden me from taking my knives, and you can't buy knives like pocket knives or my thowers or such over there, it's against the law. :( So it's more I need to research his end of things rather than mine.

Myinnerslut, the only thing I worry about is when I start planing things usually start going wrong and I have to post pone things. But as I've mentioned this promotion will be a huge increase in my income, not to mention bonuses and such. Sort of the once bitten twice shy thing, so lets just keep fingers crossed for me.

Sorry Wenchy this thread made me giggle...I was a newbie to all this until last September and it reminded me of when I 'advertised' for a Master. I got a lot of PMs and one asking me what my interests were, to which I replied....the theatre, walks in the country..... lol. I bet that wasn't the response he was hoping for!

If I had read this thread back then, I'd have said....travel wash, needle and thread.....

Now taking into account I am no way near as experienced as most on here, I can't really suggest anything that hasn't already been mentione.Infact I don't know what half the things that have been suggested are! *laugh*

So I would say a diary. To record all those special, naughty moments with J.
Once you are are home you will have a constant reminder of your week together :)
(though I appreciate writing might be the last thing on your mind lol....I'm just a hopeless romantic :cathappy: )

What about lube, condoms... pretty shoes...

Oh and a swishy cane?

d

Cane! Can't believe I forgot a cane! That's the first thing he ever said he wanted to do to me. I'll feel jilted if it doesn't happen, even if I'm not very fond of them, I know he loves them.

I think that's one thing I'd be best to buy there tho. But deffinitly needs to go on the list.

*hugs*

Well I will need stuff for the plane trip too. Even tho I can sleep anywhere I doubt that my nerves will be calm enough for me to do so. Even if that is what he's ordered me to do on my way over. I wonder if I could get a crochet hook in my carryon and be okay.

I love the idea of a diary for the trip. It would be great to write all the things we did down and have them for latter, inside and out of the hotel room. ;)

*smile* yeah I think its something that you could really treasure afterwards...something to remind you not just of what you did, but how you felt and things he said *sigh* :cathappy:

Hmmmm, one thing you haven't mentioned, but probably will have anyway is a digital camera with large memory card. Would be a shame to not record some of those special moments....and if you had a tripod as well, with either remote control or timer on the camera, you could both be in some of the shots. ;) Of course, it might also be an idea for him to make up a small first aid kit for anything that needs treatment. And you will have corsets I expect?!! Latex gloves? A good massage lotion so you can give him a massage after he has used all that energy beating your butt. :D

Catalina :catroar:

There is sorta running joke when it comes to the TSA, they say if you stick your biggest dildo or vibe on top of your toys that they don't really want to mess with what could be below it. You might use that to your favor. As for what to bring get the stuff that J can't cheaply or easily pick up in country. That way it might knock a few things off the list that might give the security types red flags.

A good digi is on my list of things to buy, if not just for the trip for every day use as well. Tho a tripod was not, but an excelent idea.

Of course I'll be bringing some corsets. And to keep me from packing too many clothes he's actually going to be aproving my wardrob. Else I'd bring my whole closet I'm sure. (aproving my wardrobe was my idea and he loves it cause it means I have to take more pics. *giggles* I've always loved being dressed by some one else, so this insures that I will be, even if he opts not to make the decistion every day.)

Good digital cameras can be bought these days for low prices, though getting it a bit before and experimenting with lighting etc., might be a good idea. There are also lighter tripods which you can buy which would help on your baggage limits as well as carrying...most come in a bag you can sling over your shoulder, though you could also make one if you get one that doesn't have a bag. I would get things like shampoo etc., there....I used to carry mine but have decided it is just not worth it and the space/weight can be used much better with something else. :D

The only thing I really wanted to take with me shampoo etc wize was a bottle of mouthwash and a bit of deoderant in my carry on. To which he inists I can purchase there. I said I have an 8 hour flight and a 6 hour car drive before that, I'm going to want to freshen up a bit BEFORE you see me. *giggles* he still insists I shouldn't bother.

Seriously, I'd go with those travel packs of toothbrush and paste (just enough for a couple of cleans) and a spare blouse or something to change into before you arrive and after a quick wash up in the on board washroom. :cathappy: Lucky you only having an 8 hour flight....mine is always anywhere between 23-28 hours with one or two quick stops along the way to change planes.

I'm avoiding changing planes at all costs. I'm scared enough as it is, I don't need to add that to it. Streight there and streight back is how I'm trying to work it.

LOL, that is the ideal way...I usually get away with one change over which cuts the trip to as little as 23 hours if I'm lucky...the worst time was when I moved my son over here and the first flight was late so then at the change over point we had to run as fast as we could to the terminal in Paris we needed to change flights in...just made it but our luggage came the next day.

You are going to Ireland.

Essential packing..
