Okay, so you have an even number of men and women and one of the men gets selected at random to run the game.
The first woman unable to find a seat goes to help the man running the game.
While the music is running the women move around the seats dancing and twerking in front of the men, when the music ends they have to scramble to find a lap.
Each chair has a number and when the music starts, after the first time the woman helping the man pulls a number out of the bowl and that man has to leave the circle.
Whenever a woman gets eliminated after the first one she goes to join the man who was eliminated at the beginning of the round.
No one is allowed to cum or penetrate each other until the game is over, but they can do anything else they want with their game partner till then.

I think I'd rather be that when the music stops we all have to find and ride a lap. We ride for a minute and then start the music. If any men are limp (came) they are out and they and their chair is out. If the woman can't find a lap, when the music stops again, she is out too. The last man doesn't cum.
