Duties of the Muse:
1. To provide story assistance to writer
2. To answer questions posed by the writer and to do so in a timely manner.
3. To provide editoral assistance to writer
4. To promote writer's work on the site.
Caveat: (4) is non-exclusionary and Muse is free to promote another writer's work, provided that Muse does so in a discreet and tasteful manner.
5. Provide encouragement to writer in a non-distracting manner.
6. Leave writer alone when asked, or told, "I'm writing now"
7. Provide encouragment to writer in a distracting manner when asked.
Duties of Writer
1. To write a well written, concise story based on Muse's personalities
2. To accept story direction and feedback from Muse's
(2) caveat: writer reserves right of artistic license to change or alter personalities to fit context of story
3. Be available to listen to Muse in any context
4. Provide encouragement for Muse's own writing.
5. Provide editorial assistance for Muse's own writing if asked
6. Tease Muse Mercilessly
subclauses:
1.Contract can be amended at any time by the parties to include specifics of the relationship
2.Contract can also be dissolved by either party by mutual agreement.
3.Contract can also be terminated if the working relationship is no longer beneficial to either party.
