I don't know the exact time limitations on what multiple orgasms would be - but let's say if you cum twice in less than 15-20 minutes then it counts.

I am 35 and have only had this happen 3 times. Once was after I'd masturbated and it just didn't go down so I wacked at it again. The other 2 times were with intercourse when I pulled out and had weak orgasms then was able to achieve full erection very quickly and cum again within 10 minutes.
