"Honey...we're out of milk! Can you run to the store and get some?"

Evan Rodgers rolled his eyes, sighing as he realized he wouldn't be able to watch the rest of the football game after all.

"Yeah...I guess I can," he called back to Sarah, his voice conveying his irritation.

"Don't get that tone with me," his wife exclaimed, from the kitchen, her voice sounding somewhat amused, "You were the one who forgot to pick it up on the way home from work yesterday!"

Grumbling, he reached down and put his shoes on, and then got up from his easy chair. Walking out to the kitchen, he asked, "Just the milk then?"

Sarah turned to look at him. She was still attractive to him, even though they had been married for almost 20 years now, and were both nearing 40. She was petite, with long blonde hair, pretty blue eyes, and a pale complexion...whereas, at 6'2", he was almost a foot taller than her, tanned from working outdoors, with brown eyes and dark brown hair.

His son Justin was at the fridge, drinking some orange juice out of the carton, and when Evan walked in the room, he lowered it and grinned guiltily at him. "Umm...yeah, dad....we're out of juice too." With a casual toss, Justin threw the empty carton in the garbage. Justin was fifteen, their younger child. He took after his mother as far as looks went, and judging from the number of teenage girls calling the house at all hours, he was quite popular with them.

"I'm looking forward to next year, when you get your license, kid," Evan joked to Justin, "then YOU can play go-fer and I can relax and watch the game. By the way...quit drinking out of the carton."

"Eww...gross! You're a pig, Justin," his daughter Brianna exclaimed, as she walked into the kitchen. "No one wants to be drinking your back wash!"

"Shut up!" Justin replied, laughing, and Brianna stuck her middle finger up at him.

"Brianna!" Sarah exclaimed, her voice angry, "That'll be enough of that!"

Brianna had just turned eighteen, and took after Evan in appearance, a pretty girl with dark hair and brown eyes. She walked over to the kitchen and peered in the fridge, not seeing anything she wanted and then looked in the freezer, and sulked. "We're out of ice cream," she grumped.

Brianna had been in a foul mood lately, her ire mostly directed at Evan. She was a smart girl, and had been accepted to college, but she had suddenly started mentioning that she didn't want to go. The change of heart coincided with the fact that she had begun dating a man named Gary Wickens, who was six years older than Brianna, and the type of man both he and Sarah did not approve of.

Evan's brother-in-law, James, a Sheriff's Deputy, and had mentioned that the man had a criminal record for petty larceny, shoptlifting, drunk and disorderly, and assault. Gary hung out in the bars daily, and Brianna had come home drunk a few times, and smelling like pot. Just turning of legal age, Brianna suddenly was pushing boundaries of house rules again, trying to stay out past curfew, getting in trouble at school, or not attending at all, and now she was trying to back out of her college acceptance just to stay with this loser who Evan knew was nothing but a dead end for his daughter. He wanted better for her.

"Tell you what, Bree," he said, using her childhood nickname, "why don't you get your jacket and come to the store with me?"

She looked at him, her face displaying only contempt for him, and said, "No thanks..."

"C'mon," he urged, "We need to have a talk."

Brianna's face twisted in anger, "I don't want to hear anything YOU have to say!"

Evan tried desperately to control his temper, just barely accomplishing it, "Brianna...just come with. We can talk things over...you keep saying you're an adult now. This is how adults solve their problems. They talk them through."

"Fine!" Brianna said, violently scooping up her jacket, and storming out the door, yelling back, "but it isn't going to change anything! I'm not going to college! Just forget it! I'm staying here with Gary!"

Evan rolled his eyes, and his wife gave him a sympathetic glance.

Justin snickered a bit, looking at the doorway his sister had stormed out of and said, "Geez, what a fricken drama queen!" He laughed and headed back to the living room to watch TV. Evan had to chuckle a bit. Justin had a point.

He walked over, and gave Sarah a hug, and she tilted her face up to meet his gaze. "She just needs time to cool down, Evan...it'll all work itself out. You'll see."

Evan smiled, leaning down to give his wife a kiss, his arms wrapped around her and playfully squeezing Sarah's ass. "I hope so," he replied.

Suddenly from outside, Evan heard the horn start blaring, and he sighed in annoyance. "You'd better get out there, hun," Sarah laughed, "before she gets the cops called on us."

Evan chuckled, giving his wife's ass one more squeeze, and then turning to put his jacket on and grabbed his car keys. "Alrighty, I'll be back in a little bit," he said, opening the door to the garage, "see ya then!"

Little did he know, that it would be months before he would see his wife and son again...

*****

Evan carried the groceries out to the minivan, loading them in the back. Brianna had followed behind him...she had not said one word to him on the way to the store, despite his attempts to talk to her.

He loaded up the groceries, while Brianna got in the passenger's side, slamming the door behind her. he shook his head in frustration...this was going to be harder than he thought.

He walked around the to the driver's side door, got in and buckled up, turning the key in the ignition and starting it up. He drove out of the supermarket parking lot, heading for home.

He looked at Brianna...she had her arms crossed in front of her, her face still a mask of petulance and anger. He had to try to talk sense into her, but realized he'd have to break through the barriers she was putting up...and he wasn't sure he'd be able to.

"Look, Brianna...I realize that you have feelings for this boy.."

"Gary," she said in a snipped, angry voice, "His name is Gary, dad!"

"Fine, Gary...I know you have feelings for him...but you have to realize, that by not going to college for the sake of this relationship you're having, you're giving up on a decent future. There's so much more out there for a smart girl like you...you deserve better."

So, what?" she retorted, "now you're saying Gary isn't good enough! I KNEW it...you don't like him, so you want to break us apart! Well, it isn't happening, dad...I'm eighteen now and it's MY life. My decision, not yours!"

"He ISN'T good enough for you, dammit!" Evan excalimed loudly, and then took a deep breath, trying to calm down. "Brianna, since you've started dating him, you're out to all hours, showing up home drunk or stoned...I'm not going to have that kind of behavior in my house," Evan looked at her, his voice becoming harder, "You still live under my roof, so you'll follow my rules."

"Fine," she said, her voice coated with fury, ""you won't have to worry about that anymore...I'll move out! I'll move in with Gary...he'll let me."

He was getting nowhere...he realized that he was going to have to have Sarah involved with this conversation when they got home. Brianna wasn't going to see reason.

He sighed, and began to drive in silence again. Looking down, he noticed that the gas gauge was reading less than a quarter of a tank.

"Damn. Gotta get gas," he mumbled. Noticing a gas station up ahead, he pulled into the parking lot and pulled up to the pumps. He got out, almost relieved to leave the oppressive atmosphere inside the van, and began to fuel up. The pump clicked off, and he put it back, about to walk into gas station, when he heard a gunshot.

Suddenly, the door to the gas station opened up and two figures came running across the parking lot, towards a beat up chevy, when the door flew open again. An older counter clerk, holding a shotgun, bellowed, "You damn kids! You ain't robbing me again!"

The clerk lowered the shotgun and fired with both barrels, missing his targets, but blowing a huge hole in the grill of their car, causing steam to rise from their ruptured radiator. Another person jumped out of the old car, screaming in fear. The largest of the three figures turned, and shot at the clerk with a pistol, causing the man to dive back through the doorway to take cover. One of the figures pointed towards Evan's van and they started running towards him.

This whole time, Evan had been stunned into inaction, the events transpiring seeming unreal. As the figures came closer, running under the flourescent lights over the pumps, he saw it was a man and two girls, all looking to be in their late teens or early twenties. The man had a gun, and grabbed Evan by the shirt, putting the gun in his face.

"Give me your keys!" he threatened. When Evan didn't move fast enough, the man screamed, "Give me your keys, or I'll blow your fucking head off!"

"Hurry up, Billy!" one of the girls behind him exclaimed, "The cops will be here any minute!"

"Shut UP, Darla!" The man yelled at her, "I'm taking care of it!"

Evan fumbled in his pants pocket for the keys, numb with fear, when the gas station door opened again. The other girl, the one who'd been in the car screamed again. Darla grabbed her by the arm and yelled, "Let's go, Cassie!"

"Fuck!" Billy exclaimed, and shoved Evan towards the driver's side door. "Get in!" He turned to the two girls, and yelled, "Everyone in NOW!" The young robber ripped open the sliding side passenger door, and the two girls quickly piled in.

Another gunshot boomed, and sparks flew around them as one of the lights above them blew apart.

"Christ! Crazy fuck is gonna blow us all up!" Billy exclaimed, pointing his gun at Evan's head again. "Drive man...get us the fuck outta here!" He jumped in behind the girls, and swung the sliding door shut.

Evan's heart racing, he started the van, and hit the gas, tires squealing on the pavement. he quickly looked over at Brianna, her eyes swimming with fear, a reflection of his own. The van rocketed through the night, Evan held at gunpoint, afraid that this night might be their last...

OOC:

The premise of this story...Three deviant young robbers carjack a typical every day man and his teenaged daughter, and kidnap them, clearing his bank account out, and travelling around, commiting robberies, and keeping the two of them hostage...and toying with he and his daughter, both mentally and physically...and finally sexually, somewhat against their will.

(All roles are filled for now, so the thread is now closed.)

Billy was pissed off beyond belief!!! The fucking store owner had a god damn shotgun! It was not supposed to happent that way! They went in expecting a quick and simple robbery and it turned into a fucking gunfight! And to make matters worse now, they're car was shot up and they had to take a dude and his girl hostage to get away from the gunfire!

He pushed the shotgun up against the head of the driver, ignoring the girl for the time and barked, "GO GO GO!!! Drive faster! Do I have to blow your fucking head off!! GO!!!"

He could see this dude was in terrified condition, but it only made things even more complicate now! The only good thing that worked for them was the car that was now shot up, they had stolen a few hours earlier and was not going to be linked to them. Of course, the cops now had their fingerprints and pictures of them on the store cameras!

Once they were safely on their way, he had them driving north on highway 12! Finally, he turned his attention to the hostages they had and barked, "Who are you? What is your name man?" He let his eyes shift towards the girl, checking out her cleavage and the legs that the short miniskirt barely contained...

Darla

Darla jumped into the back seat of the minivan, her blood pumping wildly through her veins. "That was a blast!" she whooped. Then, to the car driver, "Move it asshole! The cops will be here any minute. I'm sure that clerk hit the alarm before he fucking shot at us!" Turning to Cassie she punched her arm lightly and said "Didn't I tell you it would be a blast?! Wow! I'm still buzzin!!" Despite the brash exterior, Darla was reeling from the shock of being shot at! They all expected this to be a simple snatch and grab.

She settled back in her seat for a few moments, but, still on an adrenalin high was unable to sit still. Leaning across the back seat, Darla kissed Billy on the mouth, and reached down, squeezing his hard cock. Obviously Billy was on a high too! Releasing him, she sat back, then sitting on the edge of her seat again. "Billy what the Hell are we gonna do with these guys" she said, indicating the driver of the car, and his daughter. Darla wasn't too happy at the way Billy was eyeing the young girl. Smacking his shoulder, to get his attention "Hey! I'm talking to you! What we gonna do with them?"

Anyone seeing Darla would know instantly she was a wild child. Her low cut t-shirt showed the edge of a rose tatoo, and under her left sleeve, another peeped out, although you had to look closely to see that it was a dragon. Her right eyebrow, and right nostral were pierced - so were her nipples, but, of course that was not normally evident.

Darla was actually 23, although she looked younger, and surprisingly she came from a good family, who had pretty much disowned her. No one would dream that this wild child, had spent her early years, at church every Sunday, front row, listening to her father's sermons. Her father was a minister, and Darla, had adored him, until, at the age of 14 had discovered boys, and taken a particular liking to the town bad boy, who, at 19 was far too old for her. Her parents had tried to control her, but unlike her siblings who were pliant, and bent to their father's will, Darla had rebelled against everything her family held dear.

She had finally run away at 16, and had been brought home by the cops. This had been like a movie loop for the next two years, as her unruley behaviour heaped humilliation after humilliation on her family in general, and her father in particular. He held little authority as the parish's moral compass, when he could not control his own flesh and blood. Just before her 18th birthday, the family had moved across the country to another parish, where they hoped to start afresh. This time when Darla left, no one went looking for her, and, as glad as she was to escape the claustrophobic confines of her overly moralistic family, she knew they heaved a collective sigh of relief when she left.

Darla had worked her way from town to town taking whatever work she could get, before moving on. Sometimes she hooked up with some guy or other, and when that broke up, she moved on. she met Billy when she was 21, at a NA meeting. Both were there at the behest of the court. Neither were particularly interested in treatment, as neither felt they had a problem, but it had bought them leniency, and neither had to do time. Having hooked up, they had a casual relationship thereafter - being together, if neither had a better option.

They traveled around together from then on. Sometimes they made money through blackmail - finding a conservative guy, Darla would hook up with him, then, in return for their silence, they would relieve him of his ready cash, and move on, boosting the occasional car from , taking stuff from unlocked cars, seeking out easy targets, and taking advantage of any opportunity to get rich the easy way.

"Billy Baby! that was so wild!" Darla exclaimed "How much did we get?"

Billy dug into the small cloth bag he had held in his hands and said, "100, 200, 300, 350, 356. $356! That fucker was loaded!!!"

He leaned into his Darla and invaded her mouth powerfully as well! He then turned to Cassie and took her lips with power and fire! He was excited about the haul... despite being shot at!

Billy was a born again bad ass. Born in a trailer park in the middle of the New Orleans swamps, he learned at a young age to fend for himself. His dad was never home and his mom being a dopehead, he found himself joining different gangs in the area running small jobs across the state. He officially left home at 14 and got his hands on his first pistol at 15, never looking back!

It was when he found Darla and later Cassie that he had realized he had a real Bonnie and Bonnie and Clyde kind of deal going on! He loved every fucking second of it! They were wanted in at least 4 states and new the cops had their faces on every telephone post in the south! He didn't give a shit. He knew his destiny would be to die in a blaze of glory one day and he had already excepted that. It was a warrior's death and he was a true warrior. Perhaps the last true warrior in region!

Billy barked, "Damn did you see that fucker's shotgun blow up that radiator!!! FUcking thought he had my head there a second!" His eyes shifted towards the daughter who sat in the front passenger seat of the van and said, "What's your name doll?"

Darla

Darla couldn't believe it. Yes rhe haul was big, several hundred dollars, but fuck it had been too close for comfort. Billy in particular, he's come real close to getting shot! Next time they'd have to plan better! Maybe find some other way to get Rick quick, the easy way!

She was getting kinds pissed off with billy's interest in the girl, and she listened closely, to see what the girl would say in answer to billy's question. Silence for a few moments told derla just how scared the girl actually was. But Darla was jealous, and focussed her spite on the girl. Smacking her across the face she shouted "c'mon bitch! He asked you what your fucking name?". Darla saw the girls tears and barely made out the whisperedp "Brianna"

Evan

Evan sat silently, as their male captor counted out the money taken in the robbery. Part of him wanted to hit the brakes hard, and jump out of the car and make a break for it...after all, he and Brianna were buckled in, and the robbers were not...but he couldn't. If he had been alone, he might have attempted it, but with Brianna here, he just couldn't risk it.

The man, Billy, said loudly, "Damn did you see that fucker's shotgun blow up that radiator!!! FUcking thought he had my head there a second!" His voice was filled with excitement and amusement, which made Evan nervous, his heart beating fast with his own fear...people like this lived off the adreniline rush of doing things normal people wouldn't dare to think about.

His eyes shifted towards his daughter...Brianna was terrified, he could tell, her hands almost looked bloodless as she gripping her knees, her face pale and eyes large with fright. She jumped when Billy leaned forward, acknowledging her.

"What's your name, doll?"

Brianna didn't answer, seeming afraid to speak...and Billy sat back in his seat. There was a rush of movement suddenly as one of the female "passengers", leaned forward between the two front seats, hit Brianna hard in the face, yelling, "C'mon bitch! He asked you what's your fucking name?"

Evan cried out in outrage, as Brianna said her name, and he turned, shoving the woman back with his right arm.

"Leave her alone!"

His grip on the steering wheel loosened for a moment, as he tried to grab Darla's arm, causing her to slap at him, cursing, causing the car to swerve wildly and Brianna to scream in fear...until Billy stuck his gun in Evan's face again, reminding him who was in charge....

Darla

The asshole driving the car almost killed them all, and Darla was pretty sure they'd have come off the road, only for Billy's quick action, holding the gun to the drivers's head! Darla leapt forward and held her palm across Brianna's mouth, cutting off her screams and pulling her head hard back against the head rest.

Brianna

The day had been going horribly so far. Her father and her had gotten into a huge argument over her boyfriend. Many heated words were said, words that couldn't be taken back, and it was all she could do not to bite down her her lips like a little girl and apologize.

Let him sweat... She thought fuming when thy pulled into the gas station. Her head snapped up and she stared wide-eyed at the gunshots. The rest was a blur. The young brunette shivered with fright as the next few minutes passed. Her body was stiff in fear of the three criminals sitting behind her.

Brianna felt rather than saw the frightening man's appraising eyes on her, causing her to swallow thickly. She regretted her choice of clothing, a skimpy black halter top and red bra barely contained her firm C cup breasts, a matching black miniskirt that came a few inches above mid-thigh. Her red thong could bee seen, peeking out of the top.

"What's your name, doll?" The creepy man's voice inquired of her.

The 18 year-old swallowed thickly, not able to speak. That was quickly ramified by a not so gentle slap. "C'mon bitch! He asked you what's your fucking name?" A woman's voice called.

She sobbed and said, "Brianna," in defeat. She jumped in terror at her father's loud bellow of outrage and the swerving of the car. She looked over with wild eyes at the gun that was leveled at his head.

A shrill scream ripped from her throat for a few tense moments before a hand covered her mouth, yanking her head back against the headrest.

"Daddy!" Brianna screamed, unable to lash out at the man, afraid that if she made a move, her father would be killed.

Oh Daddy... She thought sobbing in terror. I'm so sorry!

Billy

"Well, Brianna!" Billy said he barked as he shoved the shotgun towards her. The smell of gunpowder whiffed directly into her nostrils... He said, "Let's play us here a little game! Daddy... you listening. Good."

He turned to Cassie and Darla giving a playful wink and said, "Daddy, the next time you do anything stupid like you just did, I am going to kill this pretty young thing next to you. Brianna, you do anything stupid and I am going to kill him! You see... your lives are dependant on each others! Ain't I just brilliant?!!"

He laughed and kissed each of the girls hard and said, "Now... Brianna, do me a little favor there and toss your purse back here and then reach into daddy's pocket and get his wallet and cell phone and hand them back here too. Do it little girl... wouldn't want to hurt little daddy now would you?"

Evan held the steering wheel in a white-knuckled grasp, his heart hammering in his chest. His body a bundle of nerves, his mind running a mile a minute...How could this have happened?

One minute pumping gas, minding his own business, and the next, speeding along with a van load of armed criminals. Evan had no clue what they were capable of...they seemed almost euphoric, as if the violence and anarchy of what they had done earlier, and what they were now doing fulfilled some inner need...for all he knew, they could have killed someone back at the gas station with that first shot he'd heard. If so, they would have no qualms about shooting him and throwing him in a ditch along the side of the highway if he gave them trouble, taking his vehicle, money, and most importantly, his daughter. He could not risk that.

He listened to Billy, threatening to kill them, in a voice that seemed almost gleeful, using each other as leverage so neither would disobey...an effective strategy. He didn't know if Billy was bluffing to intimidate them, or if he was just that cold-blooded, but he wasn't about to antagonize him to find out.

Billy spoke to Brianna again...

"Now... Brianna, do me a little favor there and toss your purse back here and then reach into daddy's pocket and get his wallet and cell phone and hand them back here too. Do it little girl... wouldn't want to hurt little daddy now would you?"

Evan glanced at Brianna...she seemed almost numb with fright. "Just do what they say, Bree," he said, trying to sound calm...to seem strong for her, "Everything will be alright."

Evan's thoughts had already gone beyond this car ride...he was more worried about when they reached their final destination...what would happen to he and his daughter? If it became evident that they meant to kill them...well, best not to let his mind go there...that path led only to despair, and he needed hope right now, for Brianna's sake.

Yes, it was true...Evan had no clue what they were capable of, but alternately, they had no clue what he was capable of either.

Evan was not a stupid man. He knew he had little power in this situation. Their captors held all the cards at the moment. He would cooperate...he wouldn't jepordize Brianna's life...but the strength of a parent's devotion to their children is a powerful thing. Thoughts were already moving in his head at a rapid pace. If the opportunity arose where he could free her...even if it meant sacrificing himself to do it, so she could get away, he wouldn't hesitate.

Maybe that wouldn't be necessary, though...if he could play to their greed...

As Brianna reached in his jacket pocket, Evan spoke...

"I have money in my savings...a substantial sum. About $12,000. Let Brianna go. Keep me...I'll take you where you want to go. I'll go to a bank tomorrow and draw it out for you if you want. Just let me pull over and drop her off. Just let her go, and the money is yours..."

Darla grinned when she heard Evan offer up his twelve thousand dollars. Wow! That would be some easy money! Calculating quickly in her head, she worked the maths. "Billy, baby that's like 34 robberies, without the risk of getting shot at!

"Hey! We could take a vacation!!!!" she said excited, her mind already transporting her poolside, to work on her tan!! Darla also liked evan's suggestion that, in exchange, they let Brianna go! She wasn't keen on holding hostages anyway, she preferred it when the three of them were alone, and they could relax. Certainly, Brianna's presence was going to make Evan easy to control, but what if he decided to sacrifice himself for his daughter? It wasn't like they were gonna kill someone! Darla had no desire to end her days on death row!!

Besides, Darla noticed how Billy was looking at the teenager, and she didn't like it! She was jealous. She liked it when it was just her and Billy, other Billy, and Cass! She wanted the girl gone, but didn't think Billy was going to be pursuaded to let her go that easily!

Noticing the hardness tenting his pants, Darla leaned in and kissed him, squeezing his cock throgh his pants. Turning to the frightened girl in the front, Darla pulled her hair creully, "stop throwing yourself at my boyfriend you stupid bitch!"

Brianna's hands were shaking as she handed her purse back to them. She then reached over into Evan's right jacket pocket and withdrew the contents to reveal the worn leather wallet she had given him on his birthday a year ago. Tears welled up in her chest at the memory and how they were now, trapped in a corner with nowhere to run.

"I have money in my savings...a substantial sum. About $12,000. Let Brianna go. Keep me...I'll take you where you want to go. I'll go to a bank tomorrow and draw it out for you if you want. Just let me pull over and drop her off. Just let her go, and the money is yours..." Her dad spoke to her left and she turned with tearful eyes at him.

But that's your retirement money! She wanted to sob as she gazed into the barrel of his gun. She sneezed at the pungent, dry, spicy odor in her face. She unconsciously leaned against her passenger door. Thus she was totally not ready for the vicious tug on her ponytail.

Brianna let off a screech of pain and sobbed in defeat. Her head was yanked back, causing her neck to strain against the force. Only her father's strength next to her kept her from completely breaking down into a shivering mess.

"Please don't hurt Daddy." She whimpered. "Can't you just let us go? I'll do anything."

Billy could see Darla react and said, "Darla, baby... you know there won't be anyone but you in my life! Really!! But, we ain't dropping this girl anywhere. You see, you are going to give us that money and you are going to do it today... or you will never see your daughter again. You got me old man!" He turned his head towards Evan as he drove! He said, "You don't get to make the decisions here! We get to make the decisions! So you two just shut up about it! Brianna, give me your fucking purse and his fucking wallet and cell phone now!!!"

He had never taken hostages before and for a long time he was not sure if he would like it or not... but now that he had seen what it was about, he fucking loved it! His cock was as hard as steel!!!

Once he got the items he demanded, the first thing he did was open the window to the van and throw the cell phones out. He had heard that cops could trace people with their cell phones and that would not be happening this time. He then rummaged through her purse and laughed hard as he said, "Well well well... look at this!" He pulled out a pink personal vibrator from one of the side pockets on the inside of the purse. He looked at Brianna and said, "This looks like a bunch of fun. He smiled and dropped it back into her purse. He then continued to go through the purse and found even more items suggesting sex was a common practice with her, including broken condom bags. He said, "Wow... you are fucking active!"

He had tossed the wallet to Darla to let her go through it more. She was a much more riskier person that he was and that was okay with him... so long as he kept her in check...

Evan wanted to turn around and punch Darla in the face, when she yanked Brianna's hair again, causing her to cry out in pain again...only the shotgun and the threat Billy made earlier of hurting his daughter if he misbehaved stopped him. However, he wasn't going to let it continue if he could help it...he turned, looking at Billy.

"If your friend there hurts my daughter one more time, you aren't going to see a fucking dime..."

It was maybe a bold move, threatening, but he didn't want to be too passive...he wanted to keep them on edge, their attention focused on him. If they focused on him, maybe the chance to Brianna to get away would present itself...but he also wanted to show them that he wasn't going to let them be lambs led to the slaughter, in case that was their plan.

Billy dismissed his threat, seemingly, as he pawed through Brianna's purse...but he looked at the young criminal in his rearview mirror, he noted Billy looked at Evan a bit more warily now, if only for a split second.

Suddenly, he heard Billy laugh.

"Well well well... look at this!"

The robber's arm entered the front seat, holding a small, pink personal vibrator, as he added, "This looks like a bunch of fun."

Evan glanced at Brianna, whose face now displayed her embarrassment, fear and mortification warring on her pretty features.

Billy continued his search, and Evan heard him chuckle again, as suddenly plastic wrappers were tossed up into the front seat. He looked down on his pant leg, where one of the wrappers had landed, and in the dim light given off from the dashboard, saw it was an open condom wrapper, just as he heard Billy exclaim, "Wow... you are fucking active!"

Evan was surprised, although he knew he shouldn't be...logically, he had guessed that his daughter and her boyfriend had probably had been having sex...but he had a hard time thinking of his daughter as an adult sometimes. She was his little girl, and a part of him would always think of her as that young, innocent toddler who used to beg him for piggyback rides and look at him as if he was her hero.

Still, there was no time for these concerns right now...they had much more pressing and immediate concerns to worry about.

Obviously, Billy was getting a thrill from having control over them...Evan could hear it in his voice, and see it in Billy's illogical reaction to his mention of letting his daughter go. It wasn't only money driving the young man...he was like a wild dog who had suddenly decided to mark his territory, claiming alpha male status. He wanted them under his thumb.

The girl called Darla was no better...she seemed driven by adreniline rush, and an obsession with her male counterpart...and had developed a knee-jerk hostile attitude towards Brianna, which concerned him. There would be no reasoning with her either. She would most likely follow Billy's lead.

Evan glanced in the rearview mirror, at the third robber, a pretty young woman, who had been inconspicuously silent this whole time, letting her companions take the lead. She had been the driver at the gas station, not the one inside robbing the place. She looked up for a moment, meeting his gaze, and then quickly looked away.

Did she share the same mindset as the others? Could she be convinced to help them? He had no clue...but right now, it was the only hope they had...

Cassie could not avoid the gaze of the man in the driving seat. Mutely she read his panic, his desperation, his fear, all emotions that she too was experiencing.
Cassie, or rather Cassandra Blaketon, had known, almost instinctively that joining these two in the robbery could only end in trouble, but at no time had she imagined the position she now found herself in!

So .. why had she done it? To get Darla off her back. Darla could never forget that she was the “little rich girl”. Petite, blonde and pretty, Cassie didn’t fit in, but Billy had taken up with her anyway ... before he’d met Darla. He was the bad boy that Cassie’s parents disapproved of. Which had made him all the more attractive to Cassie. Sure he had a wild side, but naively Cassie had thought she could tame him.

And then he met up with Darla.

The transformation had been rapid. It was as if they fed off each other. She couldn’t believe that they were enjoying this, that they were threatening the lives of the young girl and her father.

Driving the car had seemed safe. Cassie had even managed to convince herself that she wasn’t really involved. Until the shotgun fired. Springing from the car, all she could do was scream and would still have been rooted to the spot if the others hadn’t made her get into that van. The shock of the gunfire was doubled by the taking of their two hostages. Glancing from one to the other, Cassie could hardly believe how Billy and Darla were acting. It was as if they were on some high, feeding off each other. And Billy was as horny as hell. In their state, there was no predicting what they might do to their hostages in the front seat and quite frankly, that scared her. She had never seen them both as crazy as this.
Cassie had come to her senses enough to realise that this situation needed calming ... and had been wracking her brains to try to think how she might do so ...

To her right, Darla was still ransacking the girl’s purse. Billy was still leering at the young girl. Wordlessly she eased forward past Darla and put a hand on Billy’s arm.

” ... take the route out ... past the lake ... we can hold out there ... remember ...?

Fleetingly, she had a memory of the time she had taken Billy to her parent’s cabin. That seemed like an age ago now.

” ... it would be perfect, Billy ... “

She urged softly, but knew better not to push things.
He had to be the one to take that decision. At least Darla had no knowledge of the place, so she could not actually object to Cassie’s suggestion ...

Billy had too many things happening all at once. In the driver's seat was this asshole who thinks he has the balls to take him on! He had the damn guns... him and Darla! For some reason which he never really understood, Cassie never wanted one. Too bad, because the power lies with the ones with the most guns...

Brianna looked like she was going to piss all over herself with Darla attacking her and pulling her hair! Though he was all about a nice cat fight, he perferred it somewhere that involved either wide open areas... or a closed in pit filled with chocolate pudding.... He moved his hand towards Darla and said, "Hey! Take it easy on her! She is too stupid to realize what her situation really is like."

He did hear Cassie's suggestion and for a moment, could not remember the significance behind the place till he looked into Cassie's eye and said, "Oh.. right. Okay! Sure. But! We got to dump this van. Cops will be looking for it."

He glanced around their location and finally found what he was looking for and said, "There it is... Pull in there, old man!" He pointed towards a used car dealership that sat on the outskirts of the next town. It was dark and he knew the place well, as he and his girls had boosted at least two cars from them.

He felt the van come to a stop and said, "Darla, find us a plain jane." She was an expert at hotwiring cars and his reference to plain jane referred to a plain ordinary sedan. He watched her slip out of the van and quickly go to work on a tan four door car...

As Evan drove, his mind had been active, despite the fear and stress, assessing his situation. The banks wouldn't be open until the morning...which would mean for the next 14 hours or so, at the very least, he and Brianna would be in the company of their captors.

Sarah would be extremely worried by now, if not downright frantic, wondering where they were. She might have called the police...her younger brother James was actually a Deputy Sheriff, so at the very least, she probably would have called him by now.

If the gas station had video cameras, or even if the clerk at the gas station called the cops, and told them that the robbers had taken someone in a minivan at gunpoint, James was definitely smart enough to put two and two together. If that were the case, it wouldn't be long before their abduction would be splashed all over the news. Federal authorities would be called in. Surrounding local authorities would be notified as well. It would be all over the news. Television...internet...radio...

The last thought made him glance down at his car stereo. He was glad he hadn't been listening to it before he stopped at the gas station...that he had been trying to talk with Bree...or it would have been on already. If there were news reports playing now...well, soon there would be nowhere to run. The longer they drove, the better their situation got, to Evan's estimation.

Those hopes were quickly dashed, when he heard Billy say, "We got to dump this van. Cops will be looking for it."

Billy directed him, to what appeared to be a dark parking lot, a used car dealership, closed down for the night, directing, "There it is... Pull in there, old man!"

"Let me get that gun away from you," Evan thought to himself grimly, "and I'll show you what this old man can do, you asshole.."

He killed the headlights, stopping the car as directed, thinking to himself.

"Darla, find us a plain jane," Billy commanded, and she slipped out of the van moving stealthily across the parking lot before crouching down to go to work on a large sedan....

"It'll be harder to find us now," he thought, realizing the situation was becoming more desperate. It would be too easy for them to just disappear off the map. At least in the van, there was hope that someone would recognize the vehicle...now that hope was about to be taken away. They had to somehow leave a trace...

His eyes again looked up into the rearview mirror, looking at the other female criminal. He met her eyes again, and she quickly looked away, as if not wanting to look at him, but not before he noticed the frightened look in her eyes. What did it mean?

Out of all of them, she seemed the most stable...she wasn't making threats or attacking them, like the other two. She had been quiet for most of the time, only just speaking to Billy moments ago, but before that, she'd been silent the whole time. He sensed she was different than the others somehow...but she was still with their captors, and was going along with what Billy said.

He looked over at Brianna; her face swelling slightly where Darla had hit her, and her gaze seemed blank, as if she was withdrawing into herself to escape the situation they were in now.

He reached over, taking her hand, his fingers intertwining with hers, trying to give her comfort. She turned to look at him, tears streaming down her face, giving him a weak smile.

"I'm going to get you out of this," he thought to himself determinedly, "Somehow, I will..."

Brianna

The young brunette's eyes glanced over at her father, swallowing thickly at the sobs welling up in her throat as the male offender showed her father the vibrator and then the multitude of condom wrappers. Whore. She yelled at herself mentally, tears of fear, frustration and anger streamed down her face. She vaguely thought, thank god I don't wear makeup. It would surely have been ruined by now, leaving ugly streaks of running mascara down her face.

Brianna sobbed in despair at Billy's command. Even she knew that this van was the last connection they had with the authorities. She wiped an arm across her eyes to wipe off the tears and gasped in pain at her swollen cheek. That's going to be a bruise.

Her face became a mask of indifference, those pretty features relaxed. Only her anguished eyes spoke of the fear and helplessness pounding through her body.

Brianna looked down at her father's hand holding hers, their fingers entwining. She attempted to smile at him, succeeding only with a strained smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. But there was something different about her, there was a look in her eyes that Evan hadn't seen in a long time: adoration.

The 18 year-old reached over with the other hand, holding his single large hand in both of her own. She gave him a gentle squeezing, bringing his hand up to her heart.

I'm so sorry. The words were unspoken but she was sure that he knew. Her eyes had always been the epicenter of her emotions and her father had learned to read them long ago, ever since she was the baby he rocked in his arms, ever since she learned her first word: daddy, and every time she had scraped a knee, running to him crying, and having him fix her up, every date that had gone wrong, where he held him under his arm, watching a movie and comforting her, taking her to the mall, making her laugh until she forgot all her troubles.

That had been until she'd met Gary. All those memories shattered, leaving only the sour, bitter taste of her betrayal in her mouth. She held his hand tighter to her chest as a single tear ran down the beautifully shaped contours of her face, to gather at her chin. She could feel her father's eyes follow the teardrop, watching as fell from her chin onto their hands.

Brianna smiled, hopeful once more that her protector would get her through this. He had always been there for her.

I love you. She mouthed.

Billy –

He let out a laugh as he saw Brianna mouth words of endearment to her precious sweet little daddy! He said, “Well isn’t this a Kodiak moment! Hey doll, I could show you some real love… if you ask nicely!”

His words triggered a violent elbow to the side of his head by Evan the driver! Billy fell back into his seat just as he heard Evan yell something something towards Brianna about running! The lights of the van suddenly lit up and doors flew open! Billy barked, “Oh freak no!!!! Go get him!! Shoot him if you have to!“

He opened his door and fell out of the van, his head still spinning a bit from the elbow to the head! Billy looked up and saw Darla pulling up with a sedan and then Brianna taking off into the fields heading out of town! It took him exactly three seconds to get his bearing before we went after the first target he found, Brianna!

Billy did not know where Evan was, though he was sure he had also leapt out of the van, presumably running away in a different direction! He charged towards Brianna and, thanks to the fact that Brianna was disoriented as she tried to run off, he closed the gap and reached up and grabbed her hair hard! He pulled and jerked her off her feet landing on the ground!

Billy instantly had his shotgun to her head as she laid on her backside and said, “You flinch I end your life now!” He watched her fight instantly vanish and she became extremely willing to listen and obey! He pulled her to her feet and pushed her back towards the van. He said, “Put your hands behind your head sweetheart.” She complied and he got her to the van and then pressed her to her knees! He looked out into the darkness and could not see Evan anywhere.

It was then that he realized that Cassie was standing there looking terrified. It infuriated him that she did not attempt to go after the man! He felt relief to see Darla, on the other hand had hit the gas and run the car hard in Evan’s direction general direction, though he couldn’t see if she had secured him yet! Billy yelled out, “Oh EVAN… I have your pretty little daughter Evan! Be a good daddy and come out with your hands on your head! Hate to see anything happen to your baby here!!!”

Darla-

Darla trotted quickly and quietly through the used car lot, instantly selecting and discarding various vehicles. Looking for their usual "Plain Jane", she finally spotted just the thing at the rear of the lot.

Pulling a small kit from her bag, Darla worked the triangular wedge into the top cornor of the driver's door, and pumped it up a little, forcing the door to open an inch or so at the top. Leaving that in place she worked a piece of wire into the interior of the car, and popped open the door. "Easy as pie!" she smiled. Hoping in , she pulled the wires from the underneath of the steering column, and connected them quickly, and reversed the car out of the lot, before flipping on the lights, and driving back to the van.

"What the fuck?" she screamed, as she saw the chaos back at the van. Billy had a gun to Brianna's head, and obviously had her under control, but Evan was running hell for leather in the opposite direction, and Cassie appeared to be rooted to the spot! Gunning the engine, Darla drove straight for Even, but passed him and swerved around in front of him. Jumping out, she pulled a knife from her ankle. "Hold it right there asshole, or your baby girl's gonna get her face rearranged with this baby, before we cut her to shreds! I have your wallet. I know your address. Do you want a finger in the post? Think carefully asshole, we can send you your baby bit by bit!" Evan was frozen to the spot, breathing heavily. "Look! we'll let her go, once we have your money! Can you live with yourself, if she dies because you're too much of a coward to get in the car?" Darla spoke quietly, calming him, and being sure to attract no futher attention. Evan capitulated, and walked toward the car. Just in case anyone was looking she told Evan to gently embrace her, and kiss her cheek. He did so, and Darla kept the point of the knife against his ribs.

Evan drove back to the van, while Darla kept the knife pointed at him, although she knew she didn't really need it. They had Brianna, and like most Daddys, Evan would do anything and everything to protect his baby!. As they stopped, Billy, with a tight grip on Brianna, approached the passenger side window, which Darla had opened. "Great job Babe!" she said kissing her "any one see, d'you think?" "We made it seem like we was a couple who had a fight and were making up" Darla explained, "I don't think well have a problem - but what the hell happened here? I go for five minutes, and you lose control of the situation! What ? were you focusing too much attention on that bitch? Think with you big head, in future!!!"

It was now or never...

Billy was the only one in the car to contend with. He had a feeling just by the way Cassie had looked at him, that she wouldn't interfere if he made a move to escape. If he waited until Darla came back to the van, they might not get this chance again. Billy could only go after one of them...and he was the one they needed to go to the bank.

"Let them chase me," he thought, "Brianna can get free...at least she'll be safe." Billy had been dipping his head into the front seat every once in awhile, talking to Brianna for most of the ride. His attention kept going to her, taunting her, trying to intimidate her...she was an attractive girl, so it was not surprising. It worked to their advantage...

"The next time he sticks his head up here..."

Evan released Brianna's hand...there was no way he could signal his intentions. It would have to be by surprise.

Brianna looked at him, mouthing the words...I love you.

"I love you too, honey," he thought...and then Billy did as he thought he would...it was what he was waiting for. He stuck his head up front again, his face turned towards Brianna.

“Well isn’t this a Kodak moment! Hey doll, I could show you some real love… if you ask nicely!”

Evan didn't waste a second...he swung his elbow back, hard and fast, smashing into the side of Billy's face with as much force as he could muster, driving him back into the backseat again.

"RUN, BRIANNA! RUN!"

He grabbed the door handle, throwing it open, jumping out of the van, and running the opposite direction as his daughter, trying to draw them away from her.

He was still in good shape....aside from working out at the gym a few times a week, Evan had worked outdoors most of his life. He owned a landscaping company, and worked alongside his workers, so was not an out-of-shape desk jockey. He moved with a fair amount of speed.

Still, the car Darla was driving was faster yet...he hadn't made it to the far side of the road before he heard it coming at him. He wasn't going to stop, but he heard Billy cry out...

“Oh EVAN… I have your pretty little daughter Evan! Be a good daddy and come out with your hands on your head! Hate to see anything happen to your baby here!!!”

The car Darla was driving had already pulled to a stop, and she had jumped out.

"Hold it right there asshole, or your baby girl's gonna get her face rearranged with this baby, before we cut her to shreds!"

Evan slid to a stop, his feet sliding on the gravel, and Darla added, "I have your wallet. I know your address. Do you want a finger in the post? Think carefully asshole, we can send you your baby bit by bit!"

Evan couldn't risk it...he didn't know if they had caught Brianna or not, but the point hadn't for him to escape anyway. He'd wanted HER to escape. If they were bluffing, he'd already won. If they weren't...well, he wasn't about to let Brianna suffer the wrath of his actions, while he was free. He had to protect her.

He stood there, breathing heavily. Darla looked at him, saying, "Look! we'll let her go, once we have your money! Can you live with yourself, if she dies because you're too much of a coward to get in the car?"

He didn't believe a word of it anymore...they'd been threatened with death too often since they'd been abducted...but again, he had nothing to lose but his own life if he got in the car. He could only hope that Brianna had been fast enough to escape, and this hadn't been for nothing. He walked towards the car. Darla met him by the passenger side, with a vicious smile on her face.

"Hug me," she said, as he moved near, and Evan was confused.

"What?"

"Hug me, asshole...unless you WANT your precious little girl hurt..."

He'd have rather wrapped his hands around her throat and throttled her, but he did as she asked, wondering why she was doing this. Who was she putting a show on for?

He felt her knife pressing into his side, and wondered if she planned on sticking it in his ribs...until she said, "Now, kiss me."

He pulled his head away, looking at her as if she was out of her mind. "Why?"

She prodded him hard in the ribs with her knife, just enough to draw blood...

"Just do it..."

He couldn't bring himself to kiss her on the lips...not when he wanted to pummel her smug face, so he compromised and kissed her cheek, giving it a quick peck.

"Good," she said, "now, get in the car...Dad!" She laughed derisvely, mocking him, as she pointed at the driver's seat.

He went around to the driver's side and got in, and Darla was already sitting shotgun, meaninglessly pointing the knife at him. He hit the gas, driving back over to the van, just as he saw Billy walking out of the tall grass by the side of the road...and his hopes plummeted as Brianna emerged too, Billy dragging her by the arm behind him...

Billy came up to Darla's side, and Evan noticed his face was already swollen...he was going to have a huge bruise on the side of his face. He smiled grimly at the parallelism, and thought, "Tat for tat, asshole...your woman bruised my daughter, and I bruised you..."

Only now, he had to worry about the consequences of his actions...he doubted that Billy was the forgiving kind. He just hoped that Brianna wouldn't have to suffer for his decision...

Brianna could see the though run through his head. Years ago, she would have known immediately. Their bond was that strong. She would have been able to read this thoughts, speak the next words coming from his mouth, done what he wanted without him saying a word.

But those days were no more, those years absorbed and tainted by her acts of rebellion. But there was still one thing that betrayed his emotions: those eyes, those beautiful brown eyes. For the young brunette had inherited her eyes from him, inherited those expressive chocolate irises from the man whom had raised her, taught her, helped her, is helping her even now.

The sudden movement snapped her out of her reverie just in time to hear his cry. "RUN, BRIANNA! RUN!" Evan bellowed, throwing open his door. She followed his lead, barely remembering to unbuckle her seat belt before dashing in a random direction. She stumbled, unused to running as her mind struggled to keep herself on her feet after her trauma.

Adrenaline pounded through her veins and she finally started running in earnest. The wind whipped through her hair, her ponytail flying through the air, as her long graceful legs carried her across the wet, slick grass. Sloshing could be heard behind her, powerful strides that carried her pursuer to her.

Brianna's head whipped around to look at her opponent. It was a mistake. She stumbled, whipping back around once more to assume her fleet, but it was too late. She felt as his hand wrapped around her ponytail and pulled. With a scream of anguish, her head was yanked back with a force that almost snapped her neck.

Her body's momentum sent her legs out from under her. She landed squarely on her back with a surprised yelp and stared up at a shotgun barrel breathlessly.

“You flinch I end your life now!” Billy's voice was calm as he ordered her to follow him. She was immediately cooperative, afraid of that shot that would end her young life. She followed after him and knelt at his command, her hands clasped behind her head. She looked down at the slushy ground in frustration and anger.

Billy watched Evan carefully and then said, "Darla, come on out darlin! Come tie this little bitch up. Me and daddy going to words..."

It only took a few moments before Darla was around the car and grabbing Brianna, slamming her into the hood. Cassie, to Billy's surprise was the one who appeared with a chord of rope and handed it to Darla who quickly tied Brianna up tightly. Billy turned back to Cassie, who seemed like she had snapped out of whatever the fuck had been her problem and barked, "It's about time to got back into the game!" He was angry with her, but he would address that issue later.

Once Brianna's hands and legs were tied up, Billy levelled the shotgun towards the still frozen Evan and said, "You. Get the fuck out of my car... NOW!"

Slowly, the old man slithered out of the car. He seemed resigned to the fate that was about to become him and Billy could see it! He said, "First..." He spun the shotgun round and drove the barrel hard into Evan's abdomen! Billy felt his body cave slightly as all his air exploded from his lungs!

Evan fell to his knees, guarding his stomach as Billy said, "This is for the elbow to the face, you fucker! This!!!" He leapt at him with his foot and planted his steel toed boot into Evan's groin painfully and said, "is for trying to run away!" Evan hit the ground in the fetal position, looking as if he was struggling to keep from screaming in agony.

"Leave him alone!" He heard Brianna scream and then looked to Darla and said, "Shut her up!"

He turned his attention towards Cassie a moment and then back to Evana and said, "Oh yea... this is for touching and kissing my girl! Yes fucker! I saw you touching and kissing her!" He cold cocked Evan in the head knocking him out!

Billy was filled with a sadistic kind of joy! His cock was rock hard as he finished beating Evan to a pulp. He turned and said, "Is there anymore rope?" He walked over and found one more chord of rope, then returned and tied Evan's hands to his ankles and then shoved a thick rag into his mouth with a strap of duct tape he found in the van. He scooped up the unconcious man and threw him into her trunk of the car and slammed the hood shut!

He turned and said, "We got to go... I know a place where we can dump the van in the lake."
