i think its more like any movie with brad is excellent, and his bad ones are still good.... not much of an angelina jolie fan... in terms of acting.. brilliant to look at though.... i think the way the two have publisized the movie is brillaint.. playing up the couple thing... then down playing it... then up playing it... pics in a mag as a family.. then arriving at the premier seperatly....they did well in that regard i rekon... a fuck load better then tom cruise is doing with katie holmes.

I saw it last night. A friend of mine works at a local theater that had an employee screening of it and it was pretty good. Tons better than I expected. They have good chemistry and well worth the time to watch.

I saw it just to kill some time. But I'm a bit dissapointed because I anticipated some Angelina nude/sex scenes in there. An error on my part, I already bought a ticket before I read it was PG-13.

Action sequences were good, albeit far fetched. But it just ends up being another forgettable action flick. Like most other Angelina Jolie movies.

I saw the 20 minute 'Making of....' on HBO recently. Interesting how during rehearsals at a shooting range, Jolie always hit the target right between the eyes and Pitt literally blew the heads off. She does her own stunt work and they were mighty competitive. She basically said she hopes that after seeing the film, viewers will be straight up honest with their partners about past secrets and/or leave the theatre wanting to ravish each other. See above "one giant orgasm"...

Also saw Pitt's intvw. with Diane Sawyer last Tuesday night. Wish I hadn't, tho. Sans any make-up on High Definition DirecTV with brilliant clarity in an extreme closeup headshot - eh, not what I'd expected. However, he's not a complete dolt like some say (e.g. Howard Stern).

The Inside The Actor's Studio with Angelina discusses the movie. Among other things, she says that the original script had a modest amount of action. The expansion came about because the stunt coordinatior knew her from the Laura Croft movies and because she and Brad Pitt were competative with each other about who got to do what. It's a rental . I've got no desire to spend ten bucks to watch it . I'd rather spend that money on quality , not how many explosions they can cram into an hour and a half . I really am a big fan of brad pitt , but I think this movie is bound to be the weak link . Unless it's an incredibly good story , and I think that's a stretch . They're banking on star power with this movie , and not trivialities like plot or charactor development . Although I think the scene stealer is bound to be Vince Vaughan.

Is it her fault that everything was handed to her? You know how it goes, once they are away from whatever place, and start living on their own, their electricity is turned off after a while since they do not pay their utility bills; noone told them that they need to pay for the electricity... But they do learn and adapt quickly as long as their attitude is right.

It would not be easy, but it sure is worth it.

I actually thought it was quite funny. I was laughing in the first two minutes, and kept it up almost the whole way through. Didn't expect a comedy, so it was a nice surprise.


And Angelina looks great wearing only a man's work shirt.
