What you need is a wife. Mine said she smelled gas in the garage last night, and although I didn't really smell it, I humored her. My answer, since it was after 8 pm, was to check it again in the morning. Her answer was to call the gas company right away, which sent someone out, who found a leak in the line to our dryer (we're pretty much an all-gas house) and turned the gas to the dryer line off. She already has a plumber lined up to come fix it in the morning. Our bedroom is over the laundry room.

There was nothing unusual in this in my household. We don't have a "honey do" list; we have a "mommy fix" list.

But if you want any decorating advice . . .

Great thread, Our bees are friendly most the time, I have lot's of succulent plants and a fig tree they seem to think is there's. However, they are possessive of the bird bath's and the cats water bowl...

I want bees. If I could, I'd put a hive in the backyard, along with filling both yards with as much flowering and pollen-producing vegetation as possible for them.
