Moving stories to a new account (and username change question)

Hi, I was told I may have better luck if I ask this question here. Also, I didn't see it in the FAQ so I'm hoping maybe someone can help me out?

Is it possible to have our stories and comments moved onto another account? Awhile back I created a new username and was going to just post new stories on there. But I have an old story listed on my old username (the one I'm currently using to post here).

Ideally I would rather have the old username changed to the new one. But I read in the FAQ that name changes are only possible if the new name is available. Would I still be able to change my old username to the new username if I've already created the new username?

Any input would be helpful.

I changed my author name a while ago. I PM'd Laurel and she said to do a story submission, with the title being NAME CHANGE. In the body, put why you want it done. She said they prefer only doing it when there is a really good reason.
