Nah, that's Saudi. Western women in Gulf States like Dubai wear western clothes. I'd stay away from Saudi. Westerners live fairly normal lives in their own compounds, but outside, a woman's life is pretty miserable. Saudi is one of the few places in the world that I don't ever need to see again.
I second what others have said about International Schools. There are lots of places in the world where local elites, expats, and diplomatic personnel want to send their kids to English/British schools.
