Movies that are more than romance but not really porn

I read (listen to) a lot of romance books. There are some HOT romance books out there. What I can't seem to find is movies of a similar nature - think romcom or romance with actual sex scenes. Romance book fans will know what I mean!

Do these exist, and if so, where do I find them?

I can think of two. One is "The Story of O" and the other is "Lady Chatterley's Lover". Both are based on the books.
