Go faster and faster and faster and faster....

I went to Indianapolis this year were we saw Valentino Rossi (What a sexy name), Marc Márquez and the other Gods of Thunder. I am looking into going to the TT. Its a bit further than Indianapolis, so it will take more planning.

People are so impressed by NASCAR drivers going 200 mph. Imagine how higher the bar is set when doing the same thing on a motorcycle?

The TT is amazing, can't be the IOM. You have to book well in advance as the ferry from Liverpool to the IOM get's very busy.

You would love the week, what fun, amazing friendly people, great camping areas too.

I'm also very interested in seeing the TT! I've been to motmogp the last 2 years since we host a race here in Austin at COTA. This years' series has been spectacular, Indy was a highlight, and now after the drama that Marquez and Rossi are involved in the final race in Valencia promises to be some watchable shit if nothing else.

For those interested, in a nutshell...

Valentino Rossi is the winning-est motogp rider of all time. At age 36 he's well past the average age on the grid but he's still fast and still competitive, a people's champion. He's now clawed back from a 6 year run without a title due to a decision to switch rides from Yamaha to Ducati years ago. It was a poor fit and Vale's winning streak suffered. Now he's back... leading this season in points and a controversy at least week's race will have him starting the last race of the season at the back of the pack. If he pulls this off to win the season, it will be an impressive end to a truly entertaining season.

Also, the movie, "Hitting the Apex" the third in a series of documentaries about motmogp racing is out now and is really enjoyable. It is narrated by Brad Pitt. Check it out if you are interested :)
