I put the monogolian beef in the kitchen, and when I pass thru taking out more stuff from my room I grab a bite.

1 Lb. sirloin steak, trimmed - sliced thin
2 Tbls. soy sauce
2 Tbls. corn starch
1 1/2 Tbls. peanut, sesame, or vegetable oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 dashes white pepper
1 Tbls. peanut, sesame, OR vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic - minced
2 tsp. ground ginger
8 oz. can sliced waterchestnuts - drained
6 green onions - sliced lengthwise
3 Tbls. soy sauce

-Combine meat, soy sauce, cornstarch, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
-In 375 degree wok, cook garlic and ginger in oil for 3-5 minutes.
-Add remaining ingredients, including meat mixture.
-Stir fry for 5-10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.

NOTES : Serve over rice and use chopsticks to eat.

Personally tho, I don't add the water chestnuts....

FUCK

My room is set up rather awkwardly, and the foot of my bed is practiclly in my closet, well, there was a strom window stored in there, and it broke, and I had to lay on the bed to try to get it out, but it a peice of glass fell on my hand, and now the backs of my fingers have a lovely stripe of cuts.

Nothing serious, but bleeding like a son of a bitch!

When someone comes over to visit me they damn well be here to visit ME and not my house!

If I feel self-con it won't be because of the mess, but because I forgot to put my bra on, or brush my teeth!
