Mom told me she wanted to go out for a 'nice, family breakfast' on Mother's Day. Naturally, I stay out until four a.m. before crashing into bed - when one p.m. rolls around and I wake up to find a note by my bed suggesting we reschedule for next weekend (Work starts at 2:30pm for me).
I got her a really nice card though..

Why, Siren, I was adding to this countries GNP. I've been working 65 hours a week and worrying about bills - I find it an inhuman existence but I'm told that's what being something called an 'adult' is supposedly about.

What did I do for Mothers day?....I spent it like a heathen at the Race Track with my children...it is too funny when a six year old asks "Who is the favorite in this race"...well I thought it was anyway...till the Lil' buggerhead won 3 races.

I did call my Mother whom I haven't had a real conversation with in almost 10 years .............it's progress.

Your Mother will remember it forever if you don't take her to breakfast....they save up that shit and use it as ammo.
